I have had this on my chest for a long time. And I think I've finally found a place where I can get it off my chest.

I have an eating disorder. I've been suffering from it for a long time.
I eat anything and everything within sight. This has not helped my health. I have grown really fat. My inclination towards sweets hasn't helped my case a lot.
The thing is, I know my health is deteriorating. But I can't help myself. I just... I just think that I won't get diabetes in a divine matter of luck.

People around me haven't been kind. I've been picked upon, called a fat elephant etc ever since I was a kid.
My eating disorder started when I started having doubts about my parents. Though we have never talked about this, I think I'm adopted. Or there's at least something off with my parentage. I knew something was different in me as soon as I grew a little older.

My mom is the greatest woman ever. She has taken great care of me and helps everyone around.
But I have this...uncommon...connection with her. I don't she's my biological mother. Maybe she is. But something is off. She never talks about it.
My dad, well, I think my disorder is greatly because of him.
He's...weird. I think he's been hiding something from me. Even my mom. Maybe he did something when I was little. Idk.
His drug addiction hasn't helped either. He's not a junkie. But it's a once in a while thing where he gets all worked up and gets really violent.
But I don't hate my dad. I rather respect him because he does a lot of work to support us and it's just the bad days that get the better of him.
I think all these factors have led to my eating disorder and I want some quick suggestions. Some times all this gets really built up in my mind and I think about just ending all this by jumping in the sea.
Please help me.
