If you revert back a couple of pages and read them you will find that this issue has been discussed to death. Anyway, 2-3mm is what company recommend and 10-15mm is the maximum play that you should be having.

        LOL nice one.
For the naive, NOS in our bikes would mean setting up an injection system, a big-arse cylinder and its insulations only to have the engine fried extra crispy in the first 15 seconds of the engine running.

That is only for the sole purpose of HANDS SUPPORT for rear pillion, for e.g ladies with saree the way they sit, that grab rail is easy for them to reach and grab.

                              • I had serviced my bike yesterday and now i find that the service centre guys have set the idle rpm too low and the bike struggles to keep running, especially on a cold start. It idles at 1000rpm on a cold start and reaches 1200rpm when heated up.
My question is,should i take it to the service centre itself to set it right or is it okay if i do it?.I know the idle screw and that i should adjust it only after the bike is warmed up enough. Also Is the right rpm 1200 on cold and 1500 when warm?.Also tell me if there is anything else that i should do or look for when doin this.
