for 2 days(last ~200km), i am experiencing a wobbling effect on rear tyre.
i checked the alignment at 2 centers, they said no prob.
Check for the tensioner alignment marker on both side. Make sure they both point equal no's of marks on both sides.

What to do with the woobling effect.
Put ur bike on centre stand, strat ur bike in 2nd ggear and watch the motion of rear tyre from behind. observer if there is any wobbling sign ..

    • finally i went to a century+ (100km+) in my baby. I went to trivandrum to thiruvalla 115kms in my baby. its only clocked 6.5k in odo. The intresting thing is first it gave me 44kmpl in avg ( with a little traffics). after that i got 55kmpl (with a constant speed of 50-55kmph with some light traffics no need to down the gears). after that 60kmpl with no traffic road (with a speed of 50-57kmph). I felt a little more heat from engine i think its normal in long ride. no other bad smell from engine.

Engine heating up when riding slow is normal, and its noticeable while riding in traffic.. No worries though, and I hope your not running too lean on the AFR.

        • hunk mileage drops after 2nd service

Hi friends,my new hunk crossed almost 3000km on odo.I am keeping eye on mileage since 1st day of purchase. It was delivering me not less than 58 -59 kmpl at rpm 4-4'5k.

Recently my bike was serviced 2nd time as per schedule. But I observed that pick up drops slightly, engine sound changed and mileage drops to 43 -45 kmpl.Bike mirror vibrates at idling it was not before that.

It is very disappointing me.I informed to s.c. but adviser said this is the mileage of hunk.If its the mileage of hunk then how did it delivered 58 kmpl earlier.?

Pls share ur experiences and and guide me.

I guess they did ur oil change . I felt harsher/hot engine and slightly more vibrations while using 10W30 (stock HH oil). Mirror vibration is usual at idle, nothing to worry, you would notice that above RPM >2000 vibrations will be gone.
And if you tell them about your mileage they might have adjusted it to factory settings (Auto companies prefer rich Air-Fuel mixture for first few thousands kms ).

Check the marking near swingarm nut holding the tyres. see if the markings are in equal no's on both sides.
there is a BIG CENTRE Vertical LINE and other small lines. see if both sides are having same no's of vertical lines.

Air-fuel tuning screw is located in the back side of Carb. u can see it from ur gear side.behind the fuel knob. COPPER Color screw. play carefully with it.
                  Clockwise : lean mix,less fuel,moreair, more mileage,less pickup,heated engine

Anticlockwise : rich mixture, morefule, less air, less mileage, better pickup.

Do not make it too rich or too lean. adjust it in 1/2 round steps and see the change.

I tried it, visibly there is a little problem, so i took a pencil and fix it on the saree guard, the pointed end touch on the rotating tyre and checked, then there is a difference of 3~5mm at the end of tyre, but rim is perfect

                    is it problem?

why power is low? yesterday i rode a pulsar 220 and i am totally desp

Your method seems to be unknown to me. Look for those chain tension-er marking on both sides of ur tyre.

Sorry, i never compared cbz with 220 but i said it from my friend's review. He said my cbz is having low power than his 1.5yr(30k on odo) old hunk.

He said his hunk got that power as he opens the throttle more during the run in period and the so it sets to it. Once i rode his hunk(~4months ago).

give ur ride proper time to open up. why dont u open it up a bit once in a while. i mean 60-70 kmph for few seconds

U will see the difference after 6-7 K. occasionally speeding is required.

How it will get itself set if throttle is opened more during run-in period... Doesn't make sense unless there is Artificial intelligence for the bike

AFAIK, its just a belief, like " if we use choke everyday, then we'll have to use it for ever, so don't educate the bike with use of choke"

All his friend was meant to was that he followed BREAK-IN instead of Run-In i guess. Anyways you have to let ur ride open up once in a while. dont always keep it under 4 K for first few 1000 Kms. Do take it to 6-7K RPM once in a while so that it do remember its high speed abilities .
