sibun you nailed it brother, i have too tried tightening method and it is pretty helpful, previously i damaged screws, bolts by using hulk power, later i learnt you need technique not power for all this things, thanks brother for helping us out.

Xtreme sports, waiting eagerly to see how it performs compared to the similarly spec'd rtr 160.

Hmmm tyres are not from MRF. I'm not how these tyres are.

CEAT Secura Zoom and Ceat Vertigo?

          Any reviews on these tyres?

I also like the front fender. I think I'll get my damaged front Fender replaced with this one later on once the bike is launched.

Which reminds me, I had posted earlier that I wanted to switch the rider and pillion footrests with better ones. Namely from the Xtreme. But when I enquired at the dealer, he said that the rider footrest doesn't come with the spring, which is one of the main reasons why I wanted to change the ones on my Hunk. The footrests on the Hunk look very cheap to say the least. Rubber is of poor quality.

Any idea if the spring can be bought separately? Or if the rider footrests of the FZ will fit?

The pillion footrests, the ones from the Xtreme ought to be fine.

You can check the karizma zmr footrests, they'll mostly fit.

I think the ZMR and the Xtreme have the same Footrests. The problem is that HMC doesn't sell the Spring for the footrests. And the spring is something I really really want. :P

About complete 40000 kms just replaced several parts like master cylinder kit, brake disk, brake shoes, oil.

Trying a new oil shell helix 10w-40, lets see how it performs.

Still having some problems with oil leaking from the head cap due to threading problem of the fastener screws.

Master Cylinder eh? Did you replace it with the new ones from Bybre? Do you feel any difference in the braking?

I got the nissin that is used in karizma. I replaced it by my self. The performance is very good compared to the stock ones. Brakes is applied with a least amount of force, as i use only the index finger.

Planning to get nissin calipers fir the front brakes and researching hot to fit those on as the mounting points are different. If anyone has tried that plz let me know. Any kind of suggestion are helpful.

                        Wow, worthwhile upgrade!

How much did the Master Cylinder cost?

And the Projector Setup, you've blacked out the reflector. Won't that be an added expense later, if the Projector Setup malfunctions?

The shop owner is my friend so he gave it to me for testing. Haven't payed him yet. Will pay him next time i visit him amd will let u knw.

I m not planning to use the standard bulbs so blacking the reflector was not such a bad idea. I tried it without blacking and it wasn't looking good, as some of the light was reflecting from the back of the projector and spoiling the entire look of the headlight.
