Good job, i hope it is a direct plug n play. It means alternator is capable of supplying to high power bulb.
How about PASS ? Is it working properly? Not underpowered.

At what rpm your bike does 60kmph in top gear?
How many kilometers your bike completed so far?

Though the rpm/speed matches, I think your engine would require a clutch overhaul by this time.
Also check your chain/sprockets for wear.
Do you see any decrease in mileage or power?

                Long time yet again guys!

I switched to Veedol Super Swift 10w40 a few hundred kms. back - just for the sake of experimenting. Till now after the oil change, I have been riding my Hunk within the city limits only. Somehow, I feel that it vibrates more than what it did when I was using Veedol 10w30. I drained the Veedol 10w30 after using it for 1500kms.

Recently, after the temperatures dipped to around 8-10 degrees, it takes 2-3 cranks (just 1 crank with choke) to finally get the engine up and alive. I guess it is with the more viscous oil than the 10w30. Now, I have the option to change to Mobil1 10w30 (mineral) courtesy Honda_cbf. 10300kms on my odo now.
                Any inputs?

Yes, the alternator of xtreme is capable of supplying enough power to 60/55 watt bulb.
The PASS switch seems a bit underpowered, but its manageable.
One precaution which I always take, is to switch off the head lamp while using the starter.

I'll share the pics of high and low beam ASAP.

It is not necessary to switch-off the headlight before using the self-starter as the headlight runs on AC, powered directly from alternator.
However, It is suggested for bikes with headlights running on DC because the sudden dip/spike in voltage while using starter could fuse the bulb or main fuse..

One more issue which I am facing nowadays is the clutch.
I always keep some freeplay @ the lever end, but now I have to increase the play to very high level to maintain the pickup.
Even if the clutch wire is tightened just a bit, the pickup suffers and clutch slips @ high speeds.
Clutch plates are just 3K kms old.(of Shriram Alpine make)

Whether changing the clutch cable will solve this issue, as the cable is about 11K kms old.
                      Kindly suggest ...

I used Mobil mineral oil for 1500km and seriously it is not that great for 250rs. I mean veedol make of oe oil is almost same. But Mobil oil was very clear golden oil. Quite smooth but unlike Semi synths.if you can, give a shot to Gulf Pride 4T 10w30 (250rs silver blue bottle) , have been using for last 2 oil changes and its just so smooth. it takes me 1-2 cranks to get engine started both in hot and cold. From the day I adjusted afr, never had start issues, the performance is simply fantastic and I am still getting mileage of 50-52 in city riding.

                        Hope this helps.

What exactly do you mean by PASS switch seems under powered ? Please clarify . I did not understand this.

Yes , change the clutch cable . The play will be lot more smoother. Before you change , just check if some mechanic can lubricate it for you.

My Xtreme had Philips Xtreme vision which is a 55w bulb. On low beam and Highbeam it is same as 35W bulb because the power comes from Alternator.
However when I use the Pass switch, the light intensity is very good and it is DC so all the 55w are used. So technically, Pass switch is best powered when compared to High and low beams.
I am not sure what made you say Pass as underpowered, any specific reason?

I have some doubts about my 2011 CBZ Xtreme..

                              1) When to change the fork oil? Which grade is to be used?(mine covered 11k and didn't changed till now)

                              2) Which engine oil grade is to be followed? company recomended 10w30 or any other grades?

                              3) Does 10w30 oils increases milege?
Off the BOTTLE & On the THROTTLE

                                1) 10,000 to 12000 kms. Motul 20w being best available, Gulf fork oil is also good

2)10w30 all the way. Mileage increase is evident if you were using heavier grade like w40 before
