Yes definitely, but you can use one with more smd leds(e.g. from the image, it seems this is 9 smd led, previously I used this , but now I am using 28 smd led). And these things are completely plug and play.

Ok buddy, these will also look good and reduce battery consumption. By the way, which colour did you buy?

Got Amaron AP-BTX5L 48 months warranty battery installed. The stock Minda was giving starting problems when the bike was left unused even for 3 days. As it was 3 years old, I got it replaced.

The price was Rs. 1250 after trading the old battery. Power Fitments.

My bike was also having similar problem, it is also 2 year and 10 month old. As battery life is nearing 3 years, better to change the battery. I have given the details in 2-3 posts above this post. Got amaron after suggestions from members here.

There are some other brands available like Base BL5 http://basebatteries.com/Product-Des...-Conventional) etc. these are standard non-maintenance free battery. Was costing around 800 INR. Buy whatever suits you.

Nopes you don't require to change the battery. Just use choke and start the bike and then make it to the same position it works.!

As per the Amaron website, it mentions AP-ATX5L battery for Fazer, but you have mentioned AP-BTX5L. Could you please clarify the same? And is the 48 months warranty provided by the manufacturer?

Actually the warranty period is different. There are two different batteries Alpha series and Beta Series. Alpha comes with 60M warranty and Beta comes with 48 months. A and B stands for this notation.

For beta - Warranty is 24 months with replacement and 24 months on pro rata basis. If something happens to your battery's performance in first 24 months. Company replaces it free. From 24-48 months its on pro rata basis -means you will have to pay additional price of the replacement battery as battery price would be higher at that moment of time.

                              • what is the cost for repair and painting the wheels.

Guys, rims on both front and back of my bike has corroded . Front one is the worst. I want to get it sanded and painted.
A local workshop is quoting Rs 2000 for painting both wheels and central stand in black. Also shock absorber, handle tip and pillion grab handles in silver.
Guys. is it a fair price? At first he told two price 1400 low quality and 1800 for high quality paint just for wheels. Then i told him to do shock, central stand and pillion grab handles also, so he agreed to do it for 2000.
