I use the adhesive mounts to film my rides with a mount on top of my helmet and one on the fuel tank.

I also use the roll bar mount clamps to take other angles. ie front forks.

Great cameras. full 1080P HD 30FPS or 720P HD 60FPS.

        Virtually bomb proof!!
Yes I know about GO Pro, and I had an idea to bring one for me in India, but I hardly have any friend in abroad, secondly in India no dealers are avaliable for this cam.
So, I mount my Kodak Z915 into this custom made pod and it works fine for me. I will upload video soon.
BTW do u have a Go Pro, where u get this in India?

Go Pro Hero & Hero 2 cameras are available on eBay US (ebay.com). Some sellers provide international shipping. Do check the shipping costs before buying them on eBay. Also, you can check out eBay India's Global Easy Buy program.

I suggest Go Pro Hero 2 Motorsports Edition. It comes with various mounts and accessories.

I bought mine in Changi Airport in Singapore. It is THE most versatile camera I've used so far. (I've got the HD Hero. Latest is the HD Hero2) I have a seperate case with flat lense adapter with a Cyan filter so I can make the colors more bright underwater when I take it scuba diving.

You can buy these on ebay. Just make sure you get a fast SD card. Class 10 is highest. 32gig is the largest card size supported (though it may have changed now)

the master link has rivet in it and cannot be opened. i got mine changed couple months back. got it done at a local mech. the rear tyre and the assembly nr front sprocket had to be removed (probably the ASS would have a better method). it was very time consuming. if i recall right the ASS charge Rs. 300 for labour.

You can always cut the chain. Get a new one with a master link. Slide it over and loosen the rear wheel to adjust tension

                        • Yamaha FZ; Alternative Tire options

                          Hi All,

this saturday i have finally decided to start looking out for alternative options for my FZ-X's rear tire along with Mitz and Abhimanyu31. Though the stock MRFs have been good to me, i have decided to go for a little bit harder compound and test it out. My pending Leh trip needs the tire mod as the stock ones are not meant for off-roading.

So just for the benefit of this community, i will try and take names, pics and prices of the tires that can be fitted as an alternative on the Yamaha FZ. Please note: that the prices will be based only for Mumbai region (india) and may differ in other states.

It seems that my tires haven't had any other puncture besides one of the old puncture repair patch which gave away today morning. So a simple patch up job took care of it. Besides that, i am witnessing a lot of tire cracks between the tire grooves which i guess is because of the tire rubber aging and the rubber compound hardening being exposed to the elements.

                          Best regards,

                              Hi,

being an avid user of Motul FS since the last 6,500 kms, i would recommend going for Motul 300V Factory line 4T, 15W 50 Double Ester. Costs around 950-980 bucks.Lasts 5000+ kms.

                              Cheers,

have clocked 20k odd with the current stock one. might last another 1k kms. contemplating on a 130/70 profile as the off-set would be lesser than 140/70.
would be keenly following your inputs on this. appreciate your effort for the benefit of the larger forum.
