How to check Clucth plates are gone bad or need a replacement... Earlier I posted that Service Center told me I need to change my clutch plates, a year ago I changed it and only 12,000km.
yesterday I was riding my bike with pillion rider I achieve 109km top speed , beyond that i was not able to attain speed.
Using Motul 7100 40-50
2. Does valve adjustment is charged extra in paid service

thanks in advance

The clutch plates are absolutely fine, if you can touch 109kph with a pillion!

Most struggle to go beyond 105kmph without a pillion and you are touching 109kmph with a pillion and still complaining

devils_friend - You had changed the engine sump after the drain hole was damaged, right? How much did the cost you?

The Sump costs Rs. 2400 + labour extra. Many things were changed and total setback was Rs. 7100 or so.

Man Rs. 7100 is a lot. Well, if the engine is opened, it would be a good idea to clean up the internals.

I too had damaged the drain hole threads some time back and I had got new threads and a bigger bolt. But it has started leaking oil now.

For the last 3 months I have changed the wheel bearing sprocket bearing etc
But the wheel wobbles and the bearings just breaks
This has happened 3 times
Can you guys tell me the cause of the problem

Yes, it is a lottttttttt!! Rs. 2400 was the right side case, Rs. 2500 was labour charged, Paid Service costs Rs. 400. Had changed the Inlet and Exhaust Valve, all the Gaskets.

If you are going to change it, make sure you stand on their head and do the changes right infront of you. Also, make sure to put "1.2L" of oil and not 1L. My SVC had put 1L of oil and the engine collapsed while I was riding and had to take back to SVC again.

You aren't aligning the rear wheel properly. Keep the chain slack proper at the right settings.

Rs. 2500 for service cost. 😨

Thank you for the info. Whenever I will get this done, surely your advice will come handy.

No service center puts the 1.2L engine oil, always 1L. I shall keep this in mind when getting the job done.
