ne temporary fix for this(till next oil change)
you gotta take it to a lathe machine ASAP to get the threads re-done. Till then there are heat resistant sealants like Ana-Bond that mechanics know of. Try it to seal the plug.

              thnx for replying hydbiker
however the lathe man has re-made the thread of oversize and the threads now are much more stronger
he said that all honda engine oil drain plug threads sooner or later creates a problem
one big negative point i have ever heard about honda after their after sales services.
The Automotive batteries are designed to work best in a typical short start-stop fashion.
So to increase the life of your automobile battery, blow the horn and flash the pass light in a quick start stop fashion instead of a conitnuous long horn blow or flash light continuous on!!
And obviously don't stretch the self start far too long.

                • Hi,

What happens to the liquid in the tuff-up rear tube after a puncture or two?
I have driven for 20 Km with a 3 inch nail in it (the puncture needed vulcanization eventually), and have pulled out countless smaller nails since.
I am planning a 400 Km trip ahead on Saturday. Think the tuff-up tube will do its job?

                  • change it ..coz if u happen to overinflate to some thing like 42-43 psi then then it will start leaking and stop leaking at around 30psi [prsonal exp after 3-4 punctures]; so if it is srsly beaten and already suffered srs no of punchers then it would be a good idea to get a new one honda showroom . why take risk that too on 400 km trip! .

I think i'll simply buy one and carry it along on the trip. I don't have time to get it changed at the showroom in the meanwhile. Thanks.

                        • hey duds... wanna take a risk and install a more taller gear to unicorn .. only 5th gear .. any idea about retro fitting from bikes .. since 2nd gear of FZ is same as unicorn so i feel they may have similar specification like construction .. so wanna install 5th gear from it .. any idea guys .. probability of success..

can do sprocketing to offset shortage of torque but that will enhance mid range by huge margine ; short geared 1st to 4th .. isnt it!!!!!!!

Cbz classic's is a straight fit, though some juggadgiri is to be done.Just make sure you get hold of original hero honda spares(would might be a bit expensive).Just make sure the swing arm stud is of the same length of that of the unicorns as the cbz's is of somewhat shorter.
