A decent set of tyres should increase the handling by leaps and bounds compared to the shitty contigo's , if braking needs to be improved then steel braided lines from the duke should take care of that.

This 2 additions will make CBR the perfect tool for touring, but still it is overpriced nonetheless.

I think touring and handling and agility do not go hand in hand. Those bikes which are good for sharp handling comes short in touring abilities and vice versa.

Complete brake overhaul carried out and brake fluid renewed.Note the rust deposit on the bleed screw.

^^Very well maintained CBR there dude. I'm sure it has a lot of miles since you had to carry out a brake overhaul on it. But from the glimpse of the bike, I can see it's very well cared off. Good job!
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Anyone here knows, how much would a radiator cost?
The radiator fins on my CBR are horribly bent.

Is that causing overheating issues. Because my radiator's fins are also bent but i am not facing any problems.

Can you please post hi-res pics to help us understand how bent they are? Mine got bent in the first wash itself when the service center used a direct jet spray on them. Inspite of that the engine is not overheating. I just make sure there is not dirt, mud clogging the fins. Rest the fan and coolant do their job well.

i got it from Coimbatore. It is around 1.78 l for sun beam white.

                          ----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

I am hearing a noise like something is rubbing against wheel. Quite difficult to explain. Noise sounds shhh.shhh.. And nothing on the wheel looks like it's coming inside the fairing.any idea on this. Checked with ASC they said it will be there initially and will fade out.

Welcome to the club Mysterious Stranger..

The OTR u paid is less compared to my STD black  its around 2k less than mine from last year(and plus 2k for your color choice)...

Regarding the sound shhh.shhh. May be it's the radiator fan running so check that. If not wait for other owners to comment on it.

It might be the disc pads rubbing against the disc.
