If its brand new replace under insurance. Else 500 rs job will all it need. Just go to a car fabricator garage one that handles dent cars. He'll open the tank, drain fuel. Cut the seal from under the tank, repair the bend, seal the tank again. And paint it a bit. Done.

Its brand new only but insurance claim is long process and also the service center guy told till January 18 they cannot place order to Honda due to internal auditing at Honda. And also he said roughly the bike will be delivered after15 th February. We cannot claim the full amount from the insurance company even it is a brand new they will provide only 70 - 80 % of bill amount.

Go to fabrication garage and ask how much they'll take. Check 2 -3 shops . and see whether it is less than insurance way or not. Ull have ur choice. Also they don't need a bike to replace a tank. When tank arrives they'll call and u go for replacement. That's how its done. And its nonsense that people will not get parts because of audit. He's trying to be too smart.

Why don't you opt for other Honda service centres in your city? I have some experience with these people. While one svc guy told me to change my small scratched parts the other svc station simply denied the same and asked for a paint job.

Its all depend on your service centre guy how they handle it. And yes, you dont need to replace the tank for this amout of injury. A dent repair with coloring will give it a new look for sure.

i upshift wihtout even touching the clutch... and downshift with ull clutch engaged.. sometimes if just coasting i even downshift without touching clutch...
its all rpm game.. if you know when to shift.. however 5300 is pretty new and i would suggest to use full clutch...
Hmmmm... Would get it done when I visit svc and then inform.

Change it to 55w before it fries your reflector.. After that you have to change the whole headlight assy

Bro I do night rides most. I din't find the 55W sufficient. But this 100W was awesome while in night. Enquired about the OSRAM NB vs 100W and got the reply as 100W has better lighting then OS or Philips x.v so went with this setup. But now i think i need to change it to OS

Any ither way to keep the 100W?

Bike reflectors are not designed to withstand heat generated by 100W bulbs... They will become brown due to heat and it will become worse than 55w setup. My advice go for osram NB or philips XV 55W.. They are way better than stock
