    Thank you.
Not just the replacement under warranty, but the entire bike rolled after 2013 has the so called "bad build quality"; it starts with the disc rotor, then moved to the switches & then I hear its plagued on the ignition keys. But the good news is that, I was told, the ignition key set now costs like 3-4K, come down from a whooping 14K+tax+labour

The "bad quality" of parts can be identified with matte finish compared to the lusture shiny finish in the pre 2013 batches.

but I heard the bikes which started coming with new colour schemes( from 2013 onwards) has slightly better build and paint quality than Intial ones(2011). Did I hear it wrong?

Paint quality, Welding Finishes-YES, plastic quality-NO. Even the quality of RVM, if you change, is pathetic, considering it Costs ₹ 400 Odd.

Please visit the showroom & get it confirmed. There's nothing like "seeing is believing"

No need to visit dealer . I own a 250r from march 2015 and I didn't feel the quality is that good but its not that bad either. but to compare, I didn't close watch the older cbrs came in dual colour scheme. I read it in some review but the word from an owner is more trust worthy. No one can say that more than you. So I believe it

Got the rear tyre changed to Michelin Pilot Street a couple of weeks back @10000kms. The front size wasn't available at that time, but will get that also changed over the weekend. Also did a 1000km trip over the last weekend, and needless to say, the tyre is way above the Contigos in terms of grip. Since the front is still the stock tyre, I could feel the difference in grip as it was losing sliding around on turns where there was gravel but the rear tyre held its place well. Around 50km of the ride was on small stones and gravel, and another 100kms or so on roads full of potholes, but the tyre performed really well over all kinds of terrain.
