Re: Honda CBR 250R
My friend uses CBR250 mirrors on his RS200, it was a direct fit so opposite is also possible.Originally posted by bondarun View PostGuys is there any good alternative mirrors for our CBR?
i know people here use ZMR mirror but i need something which does not get lose upon adjusting the mirror..
Stock mirror do get lose wen u fold it back and forth -_-
In that case, check the 2017 RS200 mirrors, they look realy cool and see if it suits your requirement.
Cheers.

Re: Honda CBR 250R
My 2015 cbr had similar coin jingling noise that started when i had around 2000km on odo and stayed till 12000km (vanished automatically). Svc failed to find the source. I could feel that its coming from the space under the meter console or headlight assembly.Originally posted by Biker@heart View PostWhile coasting or cruising between 3.5 to 4.5k rpm, I hear a coin jingling noise. Mine is a 2016 model and have just done about 3.5k on the odo. Anything to be worried about??

Re: Honda CBR 250R
Well, I got a dual horn too on my CBR when I purchased it back in '15. And I've never come across someone with a single horn setup for models mfd. after Jan '15.Originally posted by shan2306 View PostHi friends, I am getting my new black cbr tomorrow after PDI [emoji5].2 things I have noticed. There is no Saree guard fixed. And there is dual horn unlike the old version single.
Plus, saree guard is the first thing that goes off the bike :P

And, has anyone come across a situation where the temp guage crossed 3 points? Is it a sign to get coolant changed?:D

Re: Honda CBR 250R
Sir, is your CBRs temprature gauge showing more than 3 bars? If YES then check out if the radiator fan is working or not, even do check the coolant level and it should have to be in b/w upper and lower level.Originally posted by Siddhanth Paul View PostWell, I got a dual horn too on my CBR when I purchased it back in '15. Re: Honda CBR 250R
Yeah it is showing above 3 bars. Looked like the fuel gauge to me for a split second when I saw it for the first time :POriginally posted by Wilson4willy View PostSir, is your CBRs temprature gauge showing more than 3 bars? Radiator fan's working fine. I guess its the coolant then..:D

Saree guards and other missing stuff will be installed during time of handing over the bike..
For PDI
Check for All electricals..
Horns, turn signal, brake light ( while brake pressed and while parking lights on ) high beam flasher, and all switches.
Turn on the bike and headlight ON, check for high beam flasher.
Crack the engine and see if its starts in push of button.
honk the horn once and see how high the noise is ( do it wen bike is in OFF condition )
Check for Coolant level
Press the brake lever and see if u have good feel.
ask the mech to make the bike stand straight and observe the engine oil lvl, engine oil colour should be some what brown sandal colour.
use both the Keys provided and see if they can open and close with ease. also use both sides of the keys.. ( one key of mine was faulty, they fixed it )
Check for any kinda damage in the panel like marks and scuff.
check chain tension.. if it has less play not an issue, if it has more play as them to tighten it up.
Check the ODO reading.
Cross check the Invoice bill along with the bike engine no and other stuff..
Sit on the bike, Apply front brake and see if u can feel the handlebar moving front a bit ( if yes ask them to tighten it up )
Check for seat stichting joint for any damage ( mine had and got it replaced )
