Thanks. It makes sense. RTR also uses Bosch ABS. They are the only ABS providers in India .

I think RTRs use ABS systems made by Continental and not Bosch. It is also expected that Continental will be supplying a large majority of the systems to manufacturers once ABS becomes mandatory.

TVS Motor Co has become the first two-wheeler manufacturer in India to offer anti-lock braking technology, sourced from Continental

3days ago I found some fluid leaking from the cowl area. Thick brown-ish color. Gave it to service center, they told me it was 'magnetic coil leak'. Now i dont know how can a coil leak...
Checked the engine oil level, seemed fine. But I'm still in doubt as it cant be the coolant, just got it filled up yesterday...
Can someone give me any idea about what could that fluid be?

The stator coil (locally called magnet coil) is soaked/cooled by the engine oil. So a leak from that area is engine oil.
You would need to replace the gasket (and maybe use a bit of gasket sealant) on that side to arrest the leak. It probably is very minor and hence you don't notice loss of engine oil.

Give the bike to Tansi honda Varthur road. Get the expert treat to your bike from very humble and expert CBR mechanic Karthik.

Went to the svc. It was closed, but there was a mechanic there (thankfully). He told that a 'magnetic coil bolt' was leaking despite putting a sealant on it.

Check if the casing threads are intact. Does the bolt screw in and torque in properly? If it doesn't then we have a warped thread on either the bolt or the casing. You can use a thread locker for the time being to arrest the leak.

And ALI.R is absolutely right, the ABS for the first gen when it was launched for the 180 and the new 200 are both Continental developed ABS systems. The fuel injection on the Apache RTR 200 is a Bosch derived unit, and ABS a Continental setup.

                Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

The discs are bybre but the ABS unit used is Bosch mostly.

Changed my accelerator cables, just a precaution, they cost ₹300 for both. Exhaust shield screw costs ₹31.

Here is a picture of my rr unit.

My bikes front wheel makes continuous noise when i push bike when it is off.
I am sure that it doesn't from disk brake. Then what is the culprit other than bearings?
Can I claim warranty for bearings?

Not that I know of. Bearings are wear and tear part. How much kms on the odo?

I too have a tik tik noise from the rear wheel when taking the bike from parking slots. I've changed bearings, and dampers still the noise persists.
