I have changed to Honda throttle itself with oil filter and packing

    Cost for change
    2 litre(Used 1.5L)oil, oil filter, packing, pressure washer - 1772.00

Changed with the help of local mechanic and adjusted clutch to full. All work done for 60 rupees.

At least saved some money on labor cost [emoji12]
You're welcome sir. BTW you got the clutch adjusted to full means no free play in the clutch lever?

I am yet to learn many things about bikes, here is a noob question from me. What is free play and how does that affect our bikes. Kindly bear my less knowledge on the bikes; still learning.

But sir company recommends free play upto 10 to 20mm at the end of the lever. Over tight clutch may lead to frying of clutch plates. So I would suggest you to get the clutch re-adjusted. [emoji3]

The SHIM noise is still there. Previously it was felt after 100 ~ 200 KM ride, now it is there always. Planning to get it checked tomorrow.

Sir clutch free play means when ever you would press the clutch, there whould be small gap initially and after that the clutch comes to work and feels hard. Same with the throttle though i.e initially when you twist the throttle, you would feel a small gap and after that throttle becomes hard and comes to work. That flat spot is called as free play.

One fact its a weird and negligible one but still a fact, CBR250R is 3rd bike in India to have "Bybre" Disc brake installed.

First one is Pulser220, the second one is Yamaha SZ-R (Yes! It has Bybre as front disc ) and Third one is Honda CBR250R!
                      They are a cheap alternative.
The ABS version of the CBR has. 3 or 4 pot piston configuration. And a premium make too.
                      KTMs too .

there are plenty of other bikes that come with the bybre brakes in india (unicorn, xtreme, shine etc..). bybre stand for 'by brembo' and the bybre brand is for emerging markets and for small capacity bikes i.e. under 600cc.
what is more important than the brand is if it's a fixed or a floating caliper (fixed being better, ktm uses fixed caliper on front) and if it is radial or axial(i.e. caliper mounting type.. radial being better.. again ktm uses radial mounting at the front). and fyi, even the ktm's use the bybre brake units both up front and rear with the abs being provided by bosch.

Nice ride! The best pic to me is the one which shows the tarmac through the visor. It's feel like I'm on the riding seat. Keep posting such logs.
