I keep getting this squeaking sound from the rear brake, I'm not sure if the rear brake is jammed or not, like when I jam the rear brake sometimes the sound goes away, it feels like something is being dragged, is it the end of my rear brake setup? Hardly used the last few thousand kms.

I got one pair for my cbr 250r they are x-ply tyres with very good grip and cornering .
I have done almost 10k kms on them yet they have good amount of life left in them around 10k more . Overall a good value for money .
I have not tested them on wet surfaces yet so can't comment, but i have used contigos once on pulsar 220 and can say thw wet grip is horrible .
I am thinking of changing the pirelli to Michelin pilot street radials for upcoming leh ladakh trip.

PSD is bias ply and Contigo is radial. Check on their differences. I would suggest going for radial tyres like MRF Revz C1, michelin pilot street etc.

Of course bias ply tyres will be cheaper.

Clean the caliper assy and get the caliper pin greased, remove the pads and check the thickness.. usually anything more than 1mm of pad material is ok. If there is sufficient pad material left, then scrub the pads on coarse grit sandpaper or scuff it up with a hacksaw blade and put them back. Clean the rotor with some soapy water. Change the brake fluid if it's been more than 2 yrs and bleed the system.
Or worse case you might have to replace the caliper piston/seals (if they are sticky/worn not moving freely) which come in a repair kit and don't cost much.

I did get my rear brake caliper refilled n serviced. Brake is working fine but it's the squeaking, dragging noise, any chance a bent rear disc may cause this? Long time back the SVC told me change my disc plate but we know the SVC, they will suggest only replacing.

Check if the disc has deep scratches/grooves on it, if so then either resurface it at a lathe workshop (ensuring the min thickness) or replace it.
You have to visually inspect it for such scratches or any minor bends. It could also be worn or dirty pads causing the squeals..so first start of with simple fixes before just replacing parts.

Compared to contigo it has much better grip and it's reasonably good for cornering as well.

Deathwing - did you keep your bike unused for a week? I have the same issue of rear wheel squeaking/groaning while moving the bike around by hand. It disappears when the bike is ridden and the brake is applied.

Today I picked up new tyre from Globe Engineering Corporation, Karol Bagh.

Pirelli Sport demon, for both front and rear, exchanged my old ContiGo's (2011 Make) and paid around 2.8K. Yes, PSD are the 2015 make, as per the dealer you only get this make all over India.

During the ride back home, I could feel the difference. Will share my feedback after few months of use.
