How're you planning to provide if I may ask? Will you people be procuring directly from HMSI or dealers or just deal with after market parts or compatible parts manufactured by third party vendors?

we already told.we are proud first lot owners.many of us abroad are dealers in original parts.
Not all are hmsi dealers, but some are.

We are doing the buy-transfer method,
for eg;in india, the scarcy part for a cbr are fairings, and the buddies abroad have loads of genuine-oem fairings in stock, made in thailand.
For the parts scarce there,we sent them from here.

Every oem part we sale are ones with unbroken honda seals, and with original barcode, which you can crosscheck at hmsi dealership

We also provide third party parts such as coloured chains, coloured bolts, golden footpegs, aftermarket exhausts etc..

Well, how many fairing do you need? We can get off the shelf...atleast in Chennai on fairings & front fenner. Appreciate if you can source CBR 250RA's workshop/service manual.

it does not mean u have to ride with all the gears

we have XBHp members with less than 100cc bikes . DO u think they would ride with knee pads elbow pads lolz
does not matter which brand u use if u use knee pads the plastic from knee pads would peel off paint

Yea, stupids right? Well, I like to be called so ; add to that, I miss a riding boot to office everyday. As a matter of fact...I do ride to my Son's school with full gears. I give a damn about people who think whatever. Though I might sweat, I really think wearing riding gears & riding is

Agreed; what about jaywalkers, people riding/driving in wrong directions, careless cyclists, people who push you to jump signals, cab drivers want to push you out of the road? Do you think they're driving/riding with any responsibility when they see us riding without knee guards ?

I'm one joker who rides on Activa with Knee guards

You've a point agreed; it depends upon how the knees are placed against the tank; I usually don't follow the thumb rule of gripping the fuel tank with knees, so no issues here.

Last but not the least, ever heard Murphy's law? When you've all the gears, he plays only when you don't wear them; riding gears are like insurance; they appear useless until you meet with an incident, you'll realize its importance only when you undergo one.

You mean tank pads? They're available as low as Rs 900; kind of so-so quality

thanx about the warning of e-mail id.i will never repeat it.

And,the tankpad is not the local ones, the local ones are only 300-800 range.
I am talking about carbon fibre oem product
that is too costly in india, and hard to get too

I'm stopping the off topic discussion as this discussion is more of sales/AM parts discussion which I think deserves a separate thread as such & this thread is dedicated for CBR 250R ownership discussion.

You sir, have no idea about accident (and if you do, you are mad). It doesn't have to be a 250 or a liter class bike to break a bone. 100cc or 1000cc, both bikes are machines ridden in dangerous environment which may end catastrophic because of you or someone or something on the road. That second, its the riding gear that is the only one thing that is going to save your bone and flesh. Not your tank paint. Last week alone there about five teenagers who were treated for busted knee and elbow joints, and all were about 100-150cc bikers. Well ofcourse, how many two wheeler accidents do you know that were with a liter class bike compared to 100cc bikes.?

                              Comment

                              • One cannot compare the number of accident on 1000cc bikes to 100cc bikes just because the fact that how many 1000cc bikes do we have on our roads, thats pointless comparo.
Here the point of discussion is use of protective gear, well one must use them as much as possible, NO DOUBTS, no discussion.
Safety comes first always n everytime.

Well is it not OT here????? Shouldn't we continue this discussion in a more app thread??
