Looks very nice mate! Can you post more pictures of the stand alone? I'm planning to get it fabricated here in Chennai! Thanks!

Rode quite a bit in rains on straights, ghats, traffic. My cbr performs fantastic in rains. Can easily cut through the traffics on the wet & ride at a high speed comfortably on an open stretch (on wet roads). Its rock solid. CBR loves the monsoon it seems.. Initially, before experiencing rains & riding on wet tarmac, was little skeptical.. But now, am really happy .
That's Surprisingly Shocking news for me. I hate to ride the bike in rains just because of the Conti-Go. My experience is bad on wet roads The rear went off in many occasions but Fortunately didn't slide/fall

Check TYGA Thailand. Don't know whether something sort of this available here. I bought the tinted windscreen from them. The dealing was really good, no frauds and the packing is top notch

Yeah same problem with me, conti-go is a nightmare on wet corners! Because of that, I never ride when it rains..

Yes, am really lucky maybe for not facing this problems. Though on the corners need to be careful, but thats just a bit. Else am ripping on the wet roads around 80+ and on a straight open patch, can little above 100.
I use the rear brakes extremely rarely. I find cbr more confidence inspiring & hence love riding in rains

Ripping on straight wet roads/highways is absolutely fine for me too. But even the slight application of the brakes makes me nervous at that speeds on wet, so no need to tell what will be condition when we have a hard bite. now am get used to that behavior, but for a newbie it's not favorable/welcome.

I feel confident riding hard on straight roads, abs
helps a lot in braking also! Corners are my issue, the bike fishtails a lot on wet ones!

                • You have put everything in a nutshell...congrats to you

all these makes me think that I should go for a CBR250....

Looks like a smaller one after having been with a 535 CC for almost 10yrs.

Waiting to see th TB500 & then would decide

Just applying the front disc gradually does the trick for me here.

Yes, needs bit caution on the wet corners. But not much. Maybe a perfect air pressure or rather a better tyre would help in that case. Else on dry tarmac, corners are fast & superb.

Yes, a few cbr owners have changed to Dunlop and have told me that it's way better that conti-go's! I haven't changed the tyre since it pretty much new and has no signs of wear. What do you think the air pressure should be? Manual says 29/29 for rider only.. As far as dry roads are concerned, I face no problems at all!

Pls look at the picture that you posted & see where it appears; does it appears right below the cylinder head or on the cylinder head? Anyway, we don't have to continue on this, as all of us know that O2 sensor is NOT placed ON the cylinder!!!

I maintain around 29-30psi, which is good enough for me.
Even I heard some excellent feedback about the pirelli sd performance on the cbr. Maybe for future.. I have a long way to go with this tyre yet. Just 8.5k old

conti's are the worst tyre i have ever experienced.. and scared to bend slightly for it scares the shit outta me. no traction at all..

in straight line yes using front 80- rear 20 braking on wet road works but whats the use of braking when on turns the tyre just dosen't grip.

dude how did ya order from tyga ? also did the windscreen costed like 5k ish ??
