osram is the way to go.. philips is more of white light. osram would cost you around 1180 for a pair.

hid+projector should be around 5k setup. MX moto sport delhi has pre made head light assembly check it out.

It will be a direct fit but you aren't going to find much improvement.esp that justifies OSRAM NB's price.

They are the worst and with CBR's suspension set up.its epic fail.Hard riding is a big NO.

I see few major design flaws here.the metal plate where the swing arm rests needs to be movable.rotatable.else its edges are going to put pressure on the swing arm while loading and even when loaded.
the rear end needs to be raised.how else are you going to remove it?and also there is risk of jamming your hand while loading.
also the stand hands are at right angles,i doubt thats a good thing.

Pls look at the picture that you posted & see where it appears; does it appears right below the cylinder head or on the cylinder head? Anyway, we don't have to continue on this, as all of us know that O2 sensor is NOT placed ON the cylinder!!!
I think you got me wrong.... I m basically talking about three things 1)muffler, 2)head pipe, and 3)the place where o2 sensor is located..... what i meant to say is that o2 sensor is not in the pipe or muffler... it is somewhere between the place where the exhaust pipe is bolted and the exhaust valve... i don't know what that part is called (because i m not technically sound)..... i call the whole top part of engine as "cylinder head"..... The o2 sensor will be connected even after the installation of full exhaust system i.e. installation of full exhaust system does not require removal of o2 sensor.... if you are not a layman then you should provide us with the more information instead of saying "don't have to continue on this" and clear our doubt.... that is what this forum is all about..... Thanks... peace up...

#Good u found flaws let others improve from my flaws..
                    Frankly speaking. -
                    # Metal plate of movable how will it be seated firm on d swing arm? U may be speaking of swingarm sliders which needs a different design
#when loaded weight is distributed on 1.5inch flat surfaces of metal u clamp on either side consisting of rubber paddings.
#swing arm is designed to take pressure. pressure at point is distributed by rubber paddings, either ways its only for a mili second untill stand is in position. Then its weight is distributed evenly.
#hand won't get jammed as I use my foot to get d bike on d stand. Its purely one man job. I just give a slight push with my leg n work done. (Can be improved by welding a handle for those who feel its a 2 person job)
#all I need to do while removing d stand is to prevent wheels from rolling and push d bike forward just like in ordinary centre stands..

Practically speaking, works like charm and for me 90% complete though.. will think over ur suggestions.

Ordering is just like an online purchase only. Nothing different. It costed me around 3.5K total. But I won't recommend anyone to spend a 3.5K on a windscreen. The reason I went for this one is I had a fall on the bike in 2011 and broke the windscreen. As my bike is one in the initial lots, so the spares availability was an issue back then and without any other option I went for that. While saying the quality of the tint on the screen is top notch.

What's the probs with the suspension setup. One of the best suspension I could come up with. I understood you talking about race type setup not touring. Try changing it to 3rd(which is the best setup for me) position if you are running on 2nd. You can find a world of difference. My bike came with the rear set to 2, heard the new lots are coming with 3 as standard. As I felt too much bumpy in 2nd with @Aargee's suggestion I changed it to 3rd. Frankly saying it has impact on the top speed also. If you wan't a stiffer suspension try 4 or 5, but ready for your back to take the toll
