What is the logic in using gloves bro..?? It hardly reaches the wrist. I have too run a lot of kms on my v2 and havent got any pains since I'm used to it. But it might change from person to person , and your point might well be right..
And also, the seat height is a little higher for v2 than v1 so usage of gloves from v1 and v2 can make a little change, right.... ?

    • Need Help !

Till now 155 km completed .

I have uploaded my bike rear suspension . What is the Yellow strips ? Is i from the Spring ? When i tried to remove it with my hand , the yellow part was stripes of scratches , Is it common for all R15 V2.0 . Have you any one of you noticed this or can any one explain me on this ?

        • YIKES ! Was a bit busy with work. Had no time to log-in. Just realized that mods had to clean up some of the posts here. Including mine. Sorry mods. Sorry for causing trouble.

On a different note. Approaching 5K on the odo. Finding that the semi-synth isn't cutting enough for me. Gonna go fully synth from this service onwards. The front damping has lost its edge. The front isn't as stable as before. The front tires seems to be floating, when cornering. Have to check it up in SVC in the coming service. Anybody can hint what exactly could be wrong?

          • ^^^ first thing to check is the front tyre pressure... It may surprise a lot of people but under inflated tyre plays all sorts of havoc with front end feed back... If air pressure is ok, check if there is excessive sag, if yes, the forks need to opened to check the state of oil & check the length of both the springs...

I too have the same problem. havent had a fall till date but dono what mite be wrong. When parked on centre stand and when i rotate the front wheel i hear the disk sound only at particular places and i also noticed that the tire was wobbling a little.. I too have little difficulties while cornering.

              • ^^^ if what you say is accurate, you may have bent & damaged rim and nothing to do with the forks....It's seems you have hit a pot hole hard...

I am very sure it is nothing to do with forks.I kinda did hit a pothole.not a pothole actually. It was a huge hard hump kind off thing hit at atleast 50 kmph but post that atleast for 1k kms i did not find any wobbling. It was perfectly stable. How do i confirm if its a rim bend?
