I can say out of my own experience that you need to replace the whole wiring kit as I had done some monkey business :P on my father's P150 and my mech tried to replace few wires which were burnt up and I didn't last a day either and later was left with no other option but to replace the whole wiring kit

all bikes and cars have something called as a fuse box....
check the fuse box and most probably the 10 amp fuse from the battery is done with its life.. get a new one for 20 bucks and you should be good.
check the fuses and islolate the issue one by one...

are you getting any light at all ??

      1. no light/power.. seems main fuse gone.
      2. getting console light but no started- starter fuse blown.

if the bike jump starts and then all electricals work then its just the starter fuse blown as bike is all DC and if everything works fine then its just one fuse gone bad.

no console light no power to the bike when i turn on the engine... i checked the fuse as well near the ecu and its good only.... but when the bike starts all the electricals work properly.... where is the starter fuse located? if you can, can you post an image of the starter fuse?

I too had this problem last year. Was changing the horn and wire touched the frame and all the electricals went dead. Luckily my bike has kick (fz-16 ), kick started the bike (electricals worked then) and went to the mech. He checked the fuses and found one had given away. Changed it and it was back to normal.

          Ride safe and have fun.

Happens now make it a habit to check all the things yourself first and try to find a solution. If still the problem isn't solved, then ask for help. You would see many problems are very easy to fix, but we (including me) are too lazy to look up

                    Hi Guys,
My 2.5 months old R15 turned on its radiator a few weeks ago for the first time (It was a hot day and I was stuck in a jam). I parked it at home for the night and the next morning found a drop of green liquid on the floor (Coolent I think). It was just a drop so I didnt take it seriously. A few days ago same thing happened. I cant seem to find where the liquid is leaking from. There are no trail marks on the bike, Nothing. And there is only a single green drop everytime. The second free service is still 3 weeks away. What should I do.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

Nothing wrong... I guess coolant level is above max or at max.. So when engine heats up,coolant expands and flows out via overflow pipe just near the side stand. So don't worry and enjoy the Ride

Sorry dude I was out of home was not having cellphone so was not able to pick up your call.
I saw your PM last night.

Don't worry you will get your bike
And yes RTO guys are on a run to catch out station vehicles, and it is all over in newspaper and news also, so you are bound to be catched.
Well now you better go to kormangala RTO submit LTT there take the receipt and go to police station and get your bike.
Follow this link to calculate Life Time Tax(LTT) as per Bangalore RTO rules

                            Easy to calculate your LTT
Suppose invoice of your bike says 1,00,000 then You have to pay 12% of it and if bike is 2-3 years old or more then
                            87% of (12% of 1,00,000)

So have patience and feel free to call me if you need anything on it.

                                Hello all,

Was wondering if someone could guide me on removing the rear brake pedal of the R15? I couldn't find information for the same in the service manual or on this site; forgive me if I'm wrong.

The reason I need to get it out is that it feels extremely grainy and rough of late; and I suspect sand/ dirt at the footrest- pedal joint to be the reason. Tried WD40 and greasing it with a lithium based greased, but doesn't help. So I figured I'd take it out, clean it up thoroughly and re-grease it.

PS. I did sand the rear brake pads, clean the calliper piston, etc., so can't be anything else really.

                                Thanks.
