Hi guys ..i'm facing some problem with my ride. Today while riding the ecu malfunction lamp came up. The blink sequence is 4 slows blinks followed by 6 fast blinks .

Is it worse . I immediately stopped the bike one I notice the ecu malfunction.. Is there is any possibility of some sensor loose connection ?
Its always better to sweat than to bleed. Wear helmet.

I believe it is the Fault Code 46 which refers to the Fuel Injection. Use the FID tool at any Yamaha ASC to confirm. Also refer to this post ---> http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcyc...ml#post1139336 and see if you have the same problem.

Ok. Do check the frame for any bends, and rev the engine and check for noises. If you fond any of these, i would recommend you not to

                  • bike loosing power

hi! i own a yamaha r15 version2 2013, i've upgraded my bike with few thngs now, first i bought k&n air filter and a daytona dagrax exhaust which made me take my bike to 147km/hr so i bought one iridium sparkplug hoping to get better response and hoping for he best bought datona's racing ecu with highlift camshaft. last night when i went for a ride with my friends for a speed run i was not able to clock my bike over 143km/hr where last time i checked i was about to touch 150 but dropped speed after reaching 147. now i've ditched the filter with a standard one. any suggestions what can make my bike to gain that power back,

                    P.S.
thinking of upgrading it with daytona chain sprockets to get a better performance.

Don't waste your money, this is about as fast as you are going to go on this bike. Going any faster will require major changes to your bike which are beyond the scope of the Daytona kit.

Top speed is based on various factors including but not limited to weight of the rider, rider position on bike, wind resistance, tyre pressure, etc. These things are variables which can give differing results on the same bike.

As for people saying that they have achieved 150 kph without breaking into a sweat, I have just this; B.S.!!! The R15 has a 10% speedo error built into it. Therefore, if their bike is showing a speed of 150 kmph, then the real speed is 135 kmph.

Therefore, instead of trying to run after top speed, it's best that you enjoy the current set up of your bike.

Got a question guys, Does installing the official Yamaha Dagrex exhaust system void the warranty ? I'd only want it for the sound n feel, still haven't got my baby R, but it's coming very soon!
And if it does void your warranty, then hypothetically speaking, if I manage to kill the R15's immortal engine while using dagrex exhaust, can I force Yamaha to make engine repairs under warranty ? like if I don't let go and keep pushing them..

For rear from apache rtr 180 ABS ?

From where can I get Daytona disc brakes Pads for front in Chennai?
