For rear from apache rtr 180 ABS ?

From where can I get Daytona disc brakes Pads for front in Chennai?
though is feel there is nothing wrong with the existing setup, but if you still want to go through the brake mods
yes it is an easy swap fro the front line with 220 steel braided one. just be sure the bleeding is done properly.

not too sure about the rear rtr ones but considering the length it might be short. Better try the 220 rear as well.

I had been away for 2 months and fired up the bike today. Let it idle for a couple of minutes and strangely noticing a click click sound from somewhere in the front. 5th service is due. The noise kicks in once the engine fires up. Lets see!

Also am looking out to sell the R15 here in Mumbai. 1 year old, mint condition, barely ridden and includes extended warranty.

That's a nice tip. However, "as low as possible" can be 100-200ml . Even if it's 1-2 liters it would still make you visit the fuel station more often. The ideal case would be to keep it at half level. This keeps a balance between least weight and required fuel .
I follow this for my car as well. Since we use it only on weekends it helps in keeping the weight low and this not only improves pickup but also improves efficiency.

If you ride the bike more often or use it for commuting, it's advisable to visit the fuel station as less as possible, thus, follow full to reserve method. This would reduce the stop and go frequency when you visit the station and avoid the slight evaporation of fuel when you open the lid during fill ups.

Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Nice try. But, if that thing comes off while the pillion is holding on to it, they could lose their balance and fall off a moving motorbike. That's a lot worse than no grab rails!

The position it fits in, pillion will be pressing it in not pull it out..I wouldn't even put it if I wasn't sure it wouldn't come off

Good one... But only concern is that, that part of the faring is so fragile.Even slightest pressure would break it off. I guess you would have seen many R15 on road with that part broken. So i guess its not the beat place for grab rail. Still appreciate your effort and thanks for sharing

I don't think so, I crashed at 80 kph and that came undamaged, apart from a scratch...
I have also made sure that I don't cut off the part where structural supports are present..

NEED HELP : I have bought a used R15 recently and on a recent ride I noticed following points regarding which help/advice is needed :-

                                1. Bike is having vibration at & above 7k rpm, vibration starts at 7k rpm in right foot peg and as revs build up, comes to handlebar as well. Is it normal..?? (This thing is annoying me the most)
                                2. Bike's Handlebar is bent towards left, when i turn it left my hand touches the tank, but same is not the case when i turn it to right.. However bike goes straight when i left both hands of the handlebar, how it should be rectified..??
                                3. Is the radiator guard needed to save it from tiny stones..?? If yes, how much it would cost and where i can find it in Delhi..??
                                4. The bike is having the noise of fuel injection(i believe) when i turn the engine switch on before turning the ignition to ON and vice versa and it stays there as long as i am riding it. Is it normal..??
                                5. The clutch seems to be softer than usual and sometimes gives a feeling that it'll break, is it the way it is supposed to be or is it hard..?? Also clutch free play seems more than prescribed but i'll rectified it from owner's manual.

                                Thank You
