    Hi All,
This morning I noticed that the speedometer is not working properly. Most of the times, it is showing 0 KMPH, although I am riding at 50-60; it sometimes shows other digits but, most of the times it seems to be wrong. For example, when I am rolling at walking speeds, it is showing 30 or 40. Seems like the sensor for the speedometer has become loose or any other faults.

Have any of you faced this issue before? How to rectify it?

    Cheers.

I know its age old question. But someone pls help.

My tyres are due for change. I'm very much confused between MRF REVZ-S and ZAPPER -Q for rear .

For front I couldn't find stock size and again given choice of CBR150's front which 100/80*17 .

Will it affect riding dynamics as compared to stock?

8mm more contact patch as compared to the stock. Also, ride height will change a little bit of the front. You may feel the front getting heavier as compared to stock. I thought 110/70 was better as that will increase contact patch by just 5mm. But I don't know. MRF actually listed 110/70 as a replacement front tire on their site at one time, they removed it now though.

Finally found a dealer in Chennai who can get me stock ZAPPER FY1 in a week time. 😊👍

Yes,that's a common issue. The speedometer sensor has gone kaput. If your bike is under warranty, you can get it replaced free. Else it would cost around 600/700 bucks.

R15 Version1.0 is relaunched with the older design of single seat, 10 mm lower saddle height, 5 kg lighter weight, and smaller wheelbase, but other specs & price are same-

My bike's right side handle bar has bent because of a fall which resulted in front brake lever going bit out of my reach, and now I can't apply full braking force as I used to.. My question is :
                1. Is it possible to rectify the same; or
                2. Do I need to but a new handle bar
If it is possible to rectify it can I do it myself..??

I had the same problem. It could be either that the clip on is bent, or the steering column is misaligned or actually bent. Will have to rectify it as required. Make sure you explain the SVC guy the problem. When I gave my bike, he assured that the handlebar is fine and nothing is wrong, and the clip on is closer on one side is normal. Had to take him to his own new bike lot n show him how it is supposed to be. He fixed it then. Usually a drop leads to misalignment, kinda like bicycle handlebars. They just loosen the triple clamp and realign it.

For this, just head to the SVC. first check if the handle bar is bent, if so, just replace it, dont attempt to mend it.
second check for he fork tube bend. though this is less like to happen.
last get the T set checked for mis-alignment.

Guys, my headlight assembly broke today due to a crash. A taxi turned right without indicating while I was overtaking it. As a result it T boned me. Can you please tell me how much would it cost to replace the headlight assembly. The glass and the reflectors are fine, but the plastic part around the headlight is cracked. Also what is the cost of rear view mirror.
I would like to thank my legs for supporting me, my arms for being always by my side and my fingers; I could always count on them.

That colour is actually offered in Thailand . Might be we can expect it next year as a final cosmetic upgrade . As V3.0 development has already started back in Japan . 😃👍
