Regarding the installation, I made a tool with a screw rode, 2 plate washers with id=screw rod Dia and Od= Bearing Od or a little bigger to bearing's inner Dia..(I have both size plate washers) and some nuts for the rode.. gently and evenly press the inner race into the frame using a wooden or rubber hammer then use the screw rod setup to drive it into the frame evenly.. you can have look in YouTube videos.. plenty there..

Please tell me the payment method you did as I wasn't able to pay using my SBI card..

Last time i made a purchase from dx.com they accepted only credit cards. Same with amazon.com too . If you have a credit card then there wont be any issue.

    • R15 Front Disc lever spongy after few days of service

For the past 3 services, the front disc lever gets spongy gradually after servicing. In all the services, I've asked the service centre to bleed the front disc. After service, the lever is fantastically fine and it had less push back distance. But as days pass, push back distance keeps increasing. Please let me know any suggestions to rectify this issue.

Why did you purchase 13mm width bearing?? I measured stock one and it is 15mm (30x48x15).. oh that's why you said about the plate washer.. ok I tried from pyramid parts in Amazon.uk but it doesn't brings me to the payment page.. :banghead:
Have you bought it as a kit for any particular motorcycle model?
I mean for Yamaha yzfR125 or something like?
What about the last pic with that T part, have you tried installation already?

DO NOT quote the entire picture set. Remove pics before quoting.

Absolutely.. I enquired them about the shipment time to India and it will take 5-6 weeks. Also there is a fast courier service but have to pay About GBP 5 more...

Do they ship from usa or from uk. I have a friend who is coming on this month end from usa but it looks like the time window is too narrow.

Bro sending your credit card details is not a good idea. My HDFC credit card doesn't even asks for any password. All I need is the details written on the card and that's it, the payment is done. Don't share your card details, try using an alternate method to pay if possible.
                            Just saying.

Finally touched 1 lakh kms legally.(This is meter no 2 1st meter changed at 10421 kms under warranty in 2012 so in total 1.10 kms ).
It has been a good journey from oct 2011. Learnt a lot about bikes from this bike. It's in stock condition apart from a ring change (at 40k kms) and head light assembly change.

Long term review may come soon.
