    Participated in the first KTM Orange Day race in Goa, it was an amazing experience. Got to meet 3 times National Champion; Emmanuel Jebaraj. He tutored us on a bit of racing. Our Goan track was too slippery and cold, Not the best grip and traction levels :\ ...But overall it was good. It was a good evening.

      A correction there, first lot bikes had 43T rear sprockets, the new sprockets are 42T.
      The duke 390 uses a 45T sprocket, he can check that out.

          Guys from past few days my duke's fuel cap is making a lot of vibration between 3000-4000rpm, when i keep my hand over the fuel cap and put pressure it stops. What to do guys its iritating me a lot.

            Front fork seal gone bust. So before going to ASC, got it confirmed if the labour charges would be waived off. they said there would be no labour charges.

            Local ASC also confirmed this but said oil seal would be charged as it is not covered under warranty . Now this confuses me. Makes me wonder if the bike has a 2 year warranty then why some parts are not covered. We understand battery is not covered.

              Yes, the pitch is the same.
              The number of mounting nuts might differ but guess that is not much of an issue and can be dealt with.

                why not to replace front sprocket? it will be economical

                karizma's front sprocket is 13t and mrp is 93 rs

                  Hi guys I just got my duke on 5th and I am feeling so happy to ride this beast form past 5 days. this is pure awesomeness

                  Well I booked my bike at sai service bajaj andheri east mumbai. They took 3 days for registration and delivered to and for that period I was so I excited that I just wanted more and more knowledge and owners experience so gone thru this forum and it was so infomative the way people expressed there experience.

                  friend's I want to know is it ok to take the RPM to 5 or 6k some times on high gears in running in period because I want my bike to be properly set and it so tempting to accelerate thia bike

                      Nobody bothered to reply but i think i should share that it was fuel cap assembly that was making noise. Went to the svc and they replaced it under warranty. Now now un-wanted noise from my duke. Thanks

                        Did the vibrating noise come from key hole lid or the entire tank cap that is the key assembly (round thing goes inside the tank) was making noise??

                            I've got the same issue, i've to speak to the SVC guys, mostly they'll say there is not problem what-so-ever. Thats what SVC guys in Goa do, really irritating, they assume everything :@

                                Show them that its vibrating while revving and they'll change it, if they dont do so write a mail to ktm india and then they'll surely help you. Fuel lid vibration was driving me nuts from the past few days and i was irritated whenever i had to ride.
