Bar end weights are the weights added to the end of the handle bars to reduce vibes. You would have seen it in may bikes including all the pulsars and Duke 390. Having said that, it wont drastically reduce vibes and duke 390 weights are not a direct fit on it, You may need to change to 390 handle bars to instal the weights, or you can find some aftermarket bar-end weights which directly fits.

Also keep an eye on all the nuts and bolts and tighten them regularly, I had couple of instances of loosening nuts and bolts on rides.

Try this, though I am not sure how it fares.

Dude never mind about the vibes. I rode a honda shine for 3 years even though the general stigma is that honda engines are smooth as butter. But as soon as you go above 50kmph ***** vibrates like crazy jackhammer. My duke feels much better and smooth compared to my old Japanese beauty. You ll get used to it. And I think duke 390 handle bars cost around 980 something. You ill get used to it. Give it some time. Maybe it's because the crazy vibes in shine that I got used to duke vibes very easily.

And guys why the hell does the paddock stand costs 7k [emoji15]. I thought it will be around 1.5 to 2k. I think fabricating one would be the best alternative. Any of you have any designs that I can use or are there some other paddock stands available in market.. Price of the ktm paddock stands gave me a heart attack.

So was the price of bike cover. It was 800 I thought this would be the most awesome cover ever. But it felt like a mosquito blanket. Local covers for 250 bucks were much better. [emoji20] guys don't go for the ktm cover they are just not worth it.

No dude.. It's just I'm new to biking and heard that duke has little to no vibes on the net being a fi engine and more refined when compared to the fazer/fz(the only other bike I've ridden)(test drived r15,220) which has an inferior hardware, the fazer felt alot smoother. So i thought maybe there's something wrong with my engine.. Now I'm cleared and enjoying the beauty and respect this machine gets xD

This is nice. For petty things such as chain cleaning and chain lubing this would be more than enough. Thanks mate. [emoji3] [emoji106]
