When I took delivery the showroom guys dint have a clue all they told was "sir, KTM stopped providing the manual from mid of 2015" and they don't even know where I can get digital format I was just given key card , extra key , first aid, tool kit and service manual. Well on the fuel tank it's written read the manual before operating.
Any kind of digital format can never replace an hard copy of Operating manual it's not kits gonna cost them a lot well we are paying close to 1,70,000₹.

More or less the same stuff, at affordable pricing. compared to Alie or other expensive options, this ticks the box.

Engine ice coolant is better than both castrol and Motul as it does reduce the operating temperature of the engine by a good margin. Talking about atleast 5'C reduction of engine temperature during peak traffic conditions. I have come across my friend's Ninja, Abhimanyu31's Yamaha R16 and my friends full souped up Joelled, R170 (27bhp little monster, which creamed a duke 200 0-100 kmph drag, while we were testing new engine maps for the programmable Powertronic ECU.Too much OT for this thread will talk on some other time ) .

Anyways, all of these rides have Engine Ice Coolant and it works brilliantly. None of the rides, not even the Parallel twin Ninja's Radiator fan came on during peak traffic. By default even after a 250km ride we took a pit stop and surprisingly all the bikes cooled in less than 10 mins which is way faster than stock coolant. A heads up though; when going out for a ride with engine ice installed, one has to let the engine idle atleast for 15-20seconds. Because of its rapid cooling properties, the bike's engine needs a little bit of heating up to reach its optimum operating temperature. Not something to be gravely concerned about though.

I believe, Abhimanyu31 would be the best person to provide you with his first hand experience on using Engine Ice instead of stock coolant on your Duke 200 and get rid of the excessive heat which almost all the duke'd riders are experiencing. Although, last I checked with Abhimanyu31, pricing wise it is bit on steeper side. So if 2/3 duke riders club in then the per head cost will drastically reduce.

        Hope this was useful

        Cheers,
        Cost for the coolant?

Of course it's good to go green they are making machines which run on fossil fuels so there's nothing great if they after all make the operation manual digital. They should atleast guide us properly for the digital version or should provide some app.

I got hand guards fixed on my duke 200 3 weeks back. Sourced bar end weights of duke 390(old ones) 390's handle bar. The old bar ends are not of exact fit waiting for the new model bar end weights which has two kind f weights in one.
Trying to source them past 3 weeks no luck.
Why is it so hard to get the parts ?
Is there anyway I can buy them somewhere ? I tried all KTM service centres here in Chennai.

I think engine head leakage. I may be wrong other members can correct me. If this is the culprit then change it ASAP under warranty.
