    Guys,
I booked Green CBR on 27th may in didar motors, thousand lights, chennai. They informed me the waiting period is 1 to 2 months. Last saturday i went to the showroom to know the status, the guy( i think he is manager) in the shwroom bluntly told me that i wont get on 27th july also, and he is telling me to take black and pearl white. He was so rude that he doesn't even ask me to sit and explain the situation..

Am totally disappointed. just walked away from the showroom .. Dont know what to do.. Can i escalate this to somebody.. Pls help..

Or how can i get the bike ASAP..

      Try contacting the Regional Manager.
      My personal advice is,
Cancel the booking., get the amount back.. move on with some other dealer, heard there are good dealers in chennai..
      Chennai owners, help him...
The limiter kicks in @11,500 rpm just within a second after the first shift..And, that's where the fun begins !! ;)

check with other showrooms if they have the bike in stock, only then cancel the bookings.

Chennai owners should only answer about the waiting time.
Better just go to other showrooms and inquire about the bike as if you are going to book one.

Check out this comparo video.. It quotes the exact figures above..

This video had got loads of bad comments within 1/2 days of posting, after which they actually removed the video temporary, and posted it back by blocking the comments. Top speeds they had mentioned were totally bullshits and comparison contents also wasn't very convincing...
True top end of R15 is 132kmph where as for P220 its 134kmph...

              • Guys am extremely happy!!

Exactly 10 days after buying, and she is awesomeeeeeeeeeee.
Today for the first time had a continuous ride of 30km one side, and my odo is already past 250... I could feel her buzzing.. and that's all it is...

She glides on the tarmac like a blade through butter
Guess, I could feel her getting more accustomed to me. She reached 85kmph,... smooth smooth and butter smooth is all I could just tell.
Loved every second of my hands on her

Only problem is gear shifting, a hell lotta ups and down shifts., and rode with a pillion for the first time, and I could feel the need for more power with a pillion!

BTW, wondering where are all other owners. Guys, you enjoying that much with your babes.?? Cummon, share it mates!!

                          Lucky you!!
Bro, apart from those switches.. Just one thing..

Tell them to seriously look into Honda's dealer network's interest in delivering the product., their "Customer responses" and the "customer satisfaction" with their "service" and "not the product" is not par with their serious competitors and even sub-classed manufacturers. This is a country wide statement.

                          • A team of technicians and sales guys from HMSI visited Sapphire Honda yesterday. Had the privilege to have my bike checked by them, and also interacted with them. They were seeking opinions regarding any suggestions for the product improvement, and i clearly said them, that the poor quality of switchgears, is really not expected from a product priced at this cost, and the Honda engineer was actually convinced, and said that even we agree. He went on to add that Honda will definitely work on this. I hope HMSI lends an ear to our voice, and comes up with something like a free switchgear upgrade. I am really waiting for it. Also got to know that the radiator fan issue, faced by me early on was actually a design issue, which the Honda team worked on and have come up with a solution now. So hopefully no future owners of CBR150R will have the overheating issue, with their bikes.

The HMSI team was cordial and responsive, hope they actually put ahead the customer response in front of the design teams, so that the baby CBR becomes better in the future.

                              • Guys
Am going on to my first service probably on next week.
As am now in a town, I was able to complete only the manual mentioned run-in of 500kms and here comes my due date to service.

                                My query is,

Can i change to fully synthetic oil now with just 500 on odo??
Heard that it'll make cooling more efficient and make shifts smoother. Is that true? Am asking this, cause, leaving it now, the next chance to change the oil is at next due service after 3 months or 4000kms. So, clarify me on this guys.
