It just normal. I have 2013 single color model, 10k kms done. That slight idling noise diff is from day one

yeah...thats why i went for this one!
It was really smooth to ride with this oil for 2000 kms almost..
no issues whatsoever, but the only problem i m facing recently is tht my bike isn't giving proper throttle response.
btw, wat's the drain interval for castrol activ?

No idea bro. I don't look at the drain interval. I change the oil when it accumulates carbon and starts getting opaque. Usually happens btw 3-4K kms. If I remember right, I've never used any oil for more than 5K

But if keep the reading one below on the right side the bike goes straight as an arrow ..

Anyways i got hit by a signal jumper yest night ..
rhs passenger and brake footpegs gone .. leg guard changed its shape to square and the tail panel turned black from blue and bent rhs clipon ...
Down with swollen right knee and few scrapes both hands and slightly swollen neck ..
helmet saved me as i flung of the bike and landed straight on head on tarmac .. knee guards shattered to pieces ..

Change oil when engine becomes rough and gears become hard, possibly false gearshifts too. New oil can become black depending on previous oil conditions pretty easily.. My bike engine oil becomes black in 200-300kms and I change it at 1000-1200kms when engine gets rough..

Guys looks like CDI of my NS is gone,
Got bike pressure washed and he sprayed water directly on cdi area and now its having problem,

Bike is good upto 4k rpm but after that its start jerking and around 5k power cuts out.

Changed CDI with a friend's bike and my bike is revving freely,
Mechanic advised to keep it in sunlight and it was in sunlight from last 4-5 hours but still no change.

So guys now is there any chance of getting it normal?

And whats price of new one?

                  Thanks

Did you buy online or in a local shop?. What is the cost?. How much does it improve in throw?. Also is it worth changing without letting the SVC guys identifying to prevent from voiding the warranty?. And finally to DIY mod, do I need anything other than the Bajaj provided tool set?.
                        Yes that's the one bro.
Costed 550 with fitting for one bulb, but generally they Dell in pain. Got it locally from a car shop.
I changed it locally without visiting svc and I later asked with svc manager they said it doesn't affect the warranty any how as it is a consumable item.
Yes to diy u will require Allen key and a spanner not sure of the size but bajaj tool set is crap.

Guys ,why do you discuss petty things ,just always buy motul and nothing else. Bike will be more smoother than when it came with 0kms on dtsi crap

Just use simple logic bro. A CDI unit will have three or four wires (pins/connections) only. This one has more than a dozen.

Bajaj may call it CDI. Don't trust them. Because Technically, it is not JUST a CDI. The connection from the crankshaft position sensor, battery and to the ignition coil is the CDI part of the box. What about the rest of the pins? Connections from/to the TPS, temperature sensor, radiator fan, oil pressure sensor make up the ECU (Engine Control Unit) part of it. Plus it has a brain to cut off ignition when the crankshaft sensor inputs greater than x pulses per second (rev limiter).
