Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Duke 200s handle guards can be easily installed on the NS. I have them installed on mine.Originally posted by tanirbhay View PostDoes anyone has any idea of getting the handle guards on ns..once i talked to someone who installed the Duke handle guards on his NS.. I reached to the SVC in Gurgaon {Krishna Bajaj sector 14} and asked them to install the Duke's handld guards on my NS and they said that its impossible to install it unless the whole handle of NS would be replaced by Duke's...
I have no idea how much this information is correct.. anyone has any idea..
If you live in Delhi, I can help you out in getting them installed.

Ya they only come in white colour, that's why I taped them in carbon fibre sticker.Originally posted by jbm_guy View PostBlack looks matching, white looks odd.

You can buy from any SVC and for installation, I would advice you a mechanic in Karol Bagh named Saleem. He has fitted these in many 200 NS so he can do it easily for you. He would charge ₹150 for the fitting.Originally posted by tanirbhay View PostI live in Gurgaon..is it okay to buy the handle guards from svc and get it installed from a local mechanic..or I can easily install it myself..
When you reach hanuman mandir round about from ridge road, at the round about take the second exit. Then continue ahead for about 500 metres, and look for a big banyan tree on the right side i.e. opposite lane. Beneath the banyan tree, there are mechanics sitting there, just ask anyone for Saleem.Last edited by shrey1992; 11-18-2015, 10:06 PM.Vrooming Soul..!!

Pressure plates are present between the clutch plates. When the clutch lever is released, the clutch springs pushes the pressure plates, which then pushes the clutch plates against the transmission.Originally posted by saran93 View PostGuys, forgive my ignorance but what is the difference between clutch plate and pressure plate?Vrooming Soul..!!

I am also trying my best to get alternative solutions, but so far all went in vain. In the worst case scenario, I may have to fabricate this myself.

For engine refinement, you can try Motul 7100 20W50 engine oil. It retails at ₹805 per litre here in Delhi and should be approximately the same cost in your state too. It is way ahead of Bajaj's crap oil in terms of engine refinement. Just keep the drain intervals at 4500 - 5000 kms.Vrooming Soul..!!

Re: Pulsar 200 NS Owners Review and Experiences
Surprisingly to my bike, Bajaj oil seems to give better smoothness than Motul 5100. Might be it's 15w grade, don't know if 7100 could improve. But I could feel the loss of some smoothness at many cruising speed spots with Motul.Originally posted by shrey1992 View PostHello Sachin, welcome to xBhp..!!

Get a gel pad for your seat. It costs ~1500-2500 and readily fixable and removable. Available online. A bit costly, but sure can give a relief to sore butt and numbness for long rides.Originally posted by sacingle View PostThanks for the info buddy i will be changing to motul in next service.
