My svc guy is just opposite. He just doesn't want me to pay more, when I asked for a change of oil filter, he just said "not required". I was surprised, but he replied "the bolted chassis will worn out soon on frequent removal and it's enough to do it at next service....!!!. Now I got it enough.
xplod566, bro stay off from Khivraj. I bought it there, did 1st service and then changed my service center as they were so so immature and poor at skills. For example, when I took my bike for delivery, I asked him to change the time.... the svc guy was trying harder harder harder in pressing the two buttons for about 15 mins.... nothing happened. I strongly told, I wouldn't take it unless then change it. But the way he man handled the buttons convinced me that he'd damage it. So I thought of doing myself.

What I wanted to say here is, even that was just a simple fix which they didn't know, now how do they get to know about complex problems?.

I took risk and changed the svc, I have also transferred the documents from them to my nearest svc for my 2nd service and I now almost forgot about Khivraj.

You can give a final try before thinking about selling it. As you are aware, resale costs are very poor.

2. Do front end alignment . Pretty simple job
• Loosen front wheel bolts ( LOOSEN , dont take it out )
• Loosen Fork Pinch Bolts ( below visor )
• Loosen Handle-Fork bolts ( T stem ones )
• Slowly hit front tyre to a wall so that front end shakes up a bit , say hit wall at speed of 2-3 kmph.
• Tighten each bolt with fingers first.
• Then tighten each bolt half or quarter turn and follow in clockwise manner . Like tighten top handle bolt RH > fork pinch bolt RH > tyre bolts > fork pinch ( LH ) > handle LH
• Job done.

3. Jet wash rear suspension. Plastic protector in shocks gets dust and makes this noise.
4. either front fork oil is old or the handle bearing is loose/ kaput.
5. Need more info on this. it can be a vacuum leak or other problems as well.
Useful info. Though able to understand, but a video of the point.2 would be helpful

Hi guys. My ns is getting high temperature even for a short ride say 15 to 20km. Is anybody getting this problem? What's the solution? I'm using mould 7100.

If you want to buy it - AliExpress.com - Online Shopping for Electronics, Fashion, Home & Garden, Toys & Sports, Automobiles from China.

If you want a service center which has the equipment trust me not an easy task. I had to approach 3 different service centers in Gurgaon to find one. Luckily, the 3rd had it else my next bet would have been 40 kms away.

Those are the full scale machines you may be hinting at. There are small portable handheld ones too. I cannot comment on the accuracy though because, honestly, I have not tried them out but thousand is what it costs. From the models I have seen they seem to be about the size of multimeters.

Damn i replaced air filter at 25k 😯

Then it is good to have one, I guess, if we can get an accuracy of 90% or so, would be sufficient to tune a bike.

Does the warning light for temperature glow in your console? Does the radiator fan go ON? Answer No to first and Yes to second means you are fine.

The heat u r experiencing is normal... If u feel its abnormal check ur co level... If it is less than 1.5 then ur engine is running lean.... Lean mixture will tends to heat up the engine soon...

Yes bro. It's same you mentioned. Fan is running. I previously riding rtr160 and I didn't face problem like this. Also my riding style is very normal. No harsh riding.
