7100 is good per my experience. Good for long distance and high speed rides. Shell Advance I feel is good for a more relaxed ride. Engine has become more harsh. Can actually feel the gears grinding. Not at all smooth it heats up too much.

Yes these are RS 200's. They cost Rs. 540 per indicator. Costly but look and light up great.

Yes, I have made a hazard lights flasher. You can order it from me if you need.
            Here's a video of it's operation.

Yup, that surely looks bad. Even I hadn't noticed it before this pic was clicked. Got to get it fixed.

Sorry for latereply was a bit busy.I had visited SVC multiple times but the issue still stays.

I had or infact still have host of problems.

1)Fuel Evaporating.Still dont know from where.
              2)Bike sways towards left
3)Rear shocks making squeaking noise(Is it normal?)
              4)Thud noise from front Suspension
              5)Iratic Ideling.

I have a 200AS and i basically gave up on fixing those. The service centre cant find any fault it seems and that too is the Bangalore Kasturba Road service centre which is also the head office in bangalore. Its so unbelievable that those guys basically knows the fault but gennerally doesnt accept it.I have rasied a complaint and someone named Girish(Who is i think the head of something in Bajaj) wants to keep my bike for 2-3 days as he says he will fix it.Told him to keep the bike for 1 week if required but i want those fixed.

If the tilting and Fuel issue is fixed i will never sell the bike as its such a wonderful bike but the SVC experience makes it look terrible.Such a poor Cust Service by Bajaj.
Planning to drop a mail to Bajaj and escalate it if this time they again come back with the statement"No issues found"

Auto service is good.. But be beware.. They tend to include things that are not even needed to be replaced or used.. For example i changed air filter in last service.. The guy incharge of service was after me to change it and said it has to be replaced after every 5k kms.. After strongly denying it.. He then was after to change the fuel filter which i had already done.. Then after all this he changed the dust caps on bleeding nut which was not needed at all. Even though it costed just 24 bucks but still if there's no problem then why replace it..
Rest all is good. Reach before 8.30 and you'll get bike by 6 provided the mechanic doesn't chat with others

This is not uncommon. When I leave my bike for service I tell them "If you replace anything without asking me, you replace it for free". It works, trust me . And, air filter element, fuel hoses and fuel filter have to be replaced every 15K or two years. Air filter element maybe replaced at 10K if necessary, but every 5K is nonsense.

I dont know if the warranty part is correct.
Cause i had asked them to claim warranty for my console as the rpm needle vibrates and they were more than helpful and have placed
Claim for a pre approval of console.

I had a totally different experience.
They never changed any major part for my 3rd free service..they didn't even change engine oil and said sir your motul 5100 will last more 2k km. If you insist I will replace it else don't waste cash atm.
Had done my 1st paid service few days back and bill came around 2.3k where ~1k was service ~1k for motul 7100 ~100 for other spares + air filter
I didn't see any extra charges on my sheets.

No problem for the late reply.[emoji4] Actually I don't have any of the issues mentioned by you. Thank god. I think the fuel evaporating problem arose after you got the diaphragm related issues fixed. And the squeaking noise from the rear shock is not normal because I don't have that kind of noise from my rear shock.

1.You know it , either the float valve or the breather of fuel filler cap.
                                2. Do front end alignment . Pretty simple job
                                • Loosen front wheel bolts ( LOOSEN , dont take it out )
                                • Loosen Fork Pinch Bolts ( below visor )
                                • Loosen Handle-Fork bolts ( T stem ones )
                                • Slowly hit front tyre to a wall so that front end shakes up a bit , say hit wall at speed of 2-3 kmph.
                                • Tighten each bolt with fingers first.
                                • Then tighten each bolt half or quarter turn and follow in clockwise manner . Like tighten top handle bolt RH > fork pinch bolt RH > tyre bolts > fork pinch ( LH ) > handle LH
                                • Job done.

                                3. Jet wash rear suspension. Plastic protector in shocks gets dust and makes this noise.
                                4. either front fork oil is old or the handle bearing is loose/ kaput.
                                5. Need more info on this. it can be a vacuum leak or other problems as well.
