Which oil did u put? City Rides do cause heating, longer the duration, more it's felt. But that is pretty normal unless issues with the radiator. Get it looked to be on the safe side though.
As for the screeching, if for any reason from the chain, then get the slackness checked, lubricate if necessary. Lubrication every 400-500 kms is recommended & helpful for gud performance & better life.

If from the brakes, like others mentioned, clean it off, should clear it out.

Its not that loud, but its audible to me while riding @ slow speeds . its a small turn off.

I took it to Service center, they were not able to 'Reproduce' the issue.

Any body else , have faced the same issue , Please let me know the what is behind this noise , so that I can get it fixed..

Oil change on 2000 as planned. Well Me too have never seen my radiator working.

Well, I must say it has improved a lot. The tic tic noise is the one pestering me now. It is from the front part of the bike. May be the console, disc assy or the wheel/suspension. I sadly cant make it out...

Lubricate the chain then. The sound could be from the console or other plastic parts due to vibes. Shouldn't poise any problem to worry about, but it's annoying I know..
Radiator fan has a certain temperature to kick in & go off. Circulation is constant I guess, thermo-stat controlled & mapped kinda radiators are used, so common process mostly.
Svc guys won't do a thing until u fig out & tell them. But I suggest not to worry. I don't think it's a problem, new bikes with all the new parts & plastics give off that sound. I'd that kinda sound from my LS too in the beginning. But then, it either subsided, or I got used to it to notice it anymore.. :P But never found any problems arising cuz of that.

It won't start even after 5 mins of idling after tunin period..When i had done 600km, it was starting easily in 3 mins of idling. After completing 1600km, it started after 7 mins of idling. Now 3700km, it doesnt start even after 10 mins of idling..

So, i think, bike used get heated earlier a lot due to friction in engine cylinder... So, i think its normal...

Sir we made sure no one is riding without helmet. Even the pillions were asked to wear helmets , i guess only 1 pillion was with us without helmet (whom you can spot in the middle of the pic) . I know its not safe, he wanted to come to meet the kids.

PS : We all like our naked bike, but we don't like to ride with Naked head !!

Yeah there was only one person riding as a pillion who was not wearing helmet...
We had told everyone to ride with helmet on, even the pillions as said by kaydee_bangalore
