1500KM after the last engine oil change with castrol GTX 20w50 and 3500km on odo, changed the oil to castrol power 1 racing 10w50 fully synthetic. The bike has become much smoother, the gear shifts also feel better and smoother, the bike has definitely become a little jumpy now. And one thing I noticed was the bike was not heating up so easily as before.
Will be getting the centre stand tomorrow.BreaklessBiker

Why are you waiting for the next svc? Get the gasket changed ASAP.Originally posted by sunilyo View PostYes i have this issue on my bike as well. Started after the first service was done and noticed only after a week. The oil is dripping (drop by drop) when the engine is hot till it get cold. Waiting for the next service till then will keep topping it.
Why do you want to install the Duke's silencer?Originally posted by Ilangodevarajan View PostHi all.. this is my first post and my NS clocked nearly 400kms and gonna do first service by tomo.,,
still now the machine is doing better job than i expected as i am getting mileage of 45.6 !!!!!
here my query is can v fix Duke's silencer to NS ?
i am getting the new silencer which was removed from the bike for the cost of Rs.5k. !
is it worthable ??
Both stands can be there. I have installed HIDs and in the process of getting the projectors as well. Warranty? Well yes, officially its void.Originally posted by adil200ns View Posthello guys, the svc folks told me it is not possible to fit the center stand along with side stand.they told me that the side stand has to be removed inorder to fix centre stand.is that true?
?and has any one of u got HID projector lamps for NS?if YES please share your views and pictures.Does fitting an HID void the warranty of the bike ? and does it affect the battery of the bike?
Sprocketing can be done on any bike. I guess the 220 can accelerate faster with a bigger sprocket. But at the end, 200 is lighter and much more power full than any of these bikes.Originally posted by sunilyo View PostWhat if sprocketing is done to increase initial pickup? Of course this will hit the topend.
Also what impact does sprocketing have on the engine and chain.
I don't think increasing the teeth count on the 200NS is really good idea, because in stock condition bike has perfect gear ratios and very relaxed engine.
If some one does increase the teeth count, the mileage will drop, engine will be more stressed.Been There, Done That; Better!

Finally Got it! A YELLOW BLITZKRIEG on the prowl!
Got it two days back but was too mesmerized by it to leave it and come online
No complains (except one- the clock on the odo works slow.)
Other than that its just pure bliss. Very smooth and power packed.
Was suppose to take the delivery a month back, but got so occupied with my office (9 to 9 job in September) that couldn't spare a single day.
Anyways all said and done. Happy riding guys!

If you are using Dtsi oil, then it's already a Semi-Synthetic bland. However dont switch to FS bland now.Originally posted by LoneRyder View PostHave clocked 2600 Kilometers and need to switch to Semi Synthetic Oil,need help in selecting the Right Oil
