You at least have an option to complain. But In my college, you have to park it all day under the hot sun, and if someone scratches, you can only curse him inside... Well, hope your parts get replaced..

I din't have the option to complain but yes, I did get down to the level. Just saw in CCTV footage. Those idiots dragged my bike around a little bit in handle lock, sat on it clicked a few pics, tried to put in keys and when done they just left without putting the stand properly and the bike fell. Those b@$#%$&s dint even care to look back!

There are not quite mods available right now but yes there are cosworth filters, custom exhausts to start with. I would say, NS is a very very good bike hence keep mods away from it atleast till the warranty period of 2 years. The best mod that one can do to the NS is add a fairing. NS already has a very powerful engine, a good fairing would boost it up by leaps and bounds. Remember, a wrong fairing setup can cause slag and ruin the speed and acceleration fun!
Another one mod that one can do without causing any harm to the beautiful engine is sprocketting. For details on this check World of Sprockets thread.

          Isn't 23.5 bhp enough?

              That's sad mate.
Even I get worried when I park my bike & I'm not around to check on it.This one day when I was at my gym I saw some guys clicking pictures of them sitting on my bike & I was waiting for them to make a move on my babe so I could bang them...hehe...
by the way try to park the bike as close to the security guard as possible & keep offering him some tea occasionally. That should do it.

              The more the better.
Also in international markets even Ninja 250R is considered as a beginners bike.

I totally agree... But if you are power hungry, isn't it better to go for a better machine rather than messing up with your new ride?

Naked bike with 23.5bhp is no match for fully faired sports bike with the same or little less power.

After all its the hunger that drives the world around

Bloody f@$*ers....Buddy I can understand what you must have went through. .That should give them a good lesson...If you know any cop then file a police complaint or something... Atleast punch into the faces of those "good-for-nothing" bunch of $#!t-heads..

I am always worried while parking the bike on roads or in any parking. People just don't have an7y respect for others bikes..:-(
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I--
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference...

Yeah but then its a waste of money right...svc guys will put dtsi oil while servicing and then again at home ul change it back to Motul...

Bajaj genuine Oil is what is recommended for the Pulsar 200NS as this has been made keeping the requirements of the bike in mind. Using any other oil will require different replacement times and this can also lead to issues with the warranty.

Suggest you use the Bajaj genuine Oil to avoid any issues in the future.
crap....just a business gimmick... forcing people to use their oil...

Yesterday at office parking some people sat and did not put the stand correctly. Result, I returned to the parking after 3-4 hours to see my beloved Sonix stranded on the side wall. I pick up the bike to see there are scratches on handle, crash guard, the left mirror rubber is scratched and tiny one on the visor cheeks . Asked the security person in charge about who did it, to get a reply 'I don't know saab'. At night 2 AM there was no supervisor available but I will surely manhandle the idots who did this . Last time, a GSXR600 side fairing got cracked due to the same incidence.

Ohh btw, the low beam is not working. It got faulty would it get replaced under warranty? The 200NS does not get serviced in simply any BAL SVC as of yet. Only big dealerships and probiking has the knowledge and correct man power to work on NS till now and would be same for atleast the next 2 months. thats the exact reply I got when I wanted to put the bike for 2nd service today and get the lamp replaced under warranty. Heck thats bad n' sad!

I tried not to.. but they were hell bent upon. Good chaps were they!

Ohh btw, I just registered a complaint at office premises. Hopefully all the damages are paid to be fixed.
                            Hey bro,
Get a paddock stand installed to reduce any future instances of idiots causing scratches. I had once parked my bike and went to a CCD only to come back and see a moron sitting full weight when on the side standand another one on another bike with his feet on my engine....I just went there...stood for a few...gave them a cold, hard stare....and then they are like "chal yaar...chalte hain...and off they scoot!! "

Thats when I got the main stand installed. By the way I feel that the side stand on NS doesnt inspire confidence...the bike doesnt lean as much and can fall over on the other side with lesser effort than say a P150. Just my observation..
Two legs and Two wheels. Add two more and they become crutches and cars.
