So they tested it and it was around 1.38 and reducing while idle...
They slightly adjusted the AIR screw and now bike is smooth in all RPM range...

Bike feels as good as new

They told me once again to visit to the CO lvl..

Happy with my ride after a long time..
Could you please tell me the procedure that was done for checking the CO level? where did they insert the meter? into the silencer?

bikes acceleration has improved alot. hits the rev limiter very fast.
0-100 is way faster, dont know about the mileage.
can over take easily in 5th and 6th gears on highways at high speed.
happy with the mod.
any questions let me know
Does it have any effect on the low end torque feel? I mean is riding in lower speeds easy as compared to stock? I have a lot of sections on my route where i have to ride in 1 - 2 gear.

Plain lubrication would just not do to reduce the wear on your drive chain. You need to clean it properly and then lube it with a clean / fresh lubricant for eg. - Motul Chain lube or EP-90 grade oil.

Also if you ride like a racer that also reduces the life of the chain.

Everytime I need something, they don't have it in stocks. Not I'm waiting with my fingers crossed for the rear rim and the tail lamp. I think you can ask some known garage wala to get the spares for you. I think they can get it from the SVC. IMO, the chain kit costs 1500 inclusive of service charges. I got it changed at around 13.5K kms only. When I asked them why did it get damaged so fast (even before the first year got over), the guy said you wouldn't have lubricated the chain, otherwise it goes for anything around 30K kms, and I was like , as I lubricate it everytime I wash my bike (every week).
That's why i dont care a dime about my chain, just the svc cleaned it on my 1 st service,as total change will cost not more than 1500,and cheapest lubing bottle comes at 200,so for me,its not economical to do labour+lubing bottle charge.

And I was the one who went for the 13T first. Yes it was way too undergeared (6th gear: 98 km/h at 7k rpm and 145 km/h at revlimit, which was a no-no for the tourer in me) and I went back to stock. But now, I'm back to 13T again. The bigger rear tyre gives an effect equivalent to overgearing the bike by 1 tooth. So my new ratios are somewhere equivalent to 41/14. This means easy roll off from standstill, highway rideability and good acceleration from 60+ in 5th & 6th gear.

Chain sprocket kit changed two days back! The SVC clearly said it's left to us if we want to get it done with them or elsewhere. And the last sentence they gave you is bull crap indeed.
Our SVCs let us use our own engine oils, sprockets, headlamp bulbs, horns and stuff. Third service: Warranty continued. HID was installed and the executive saw it. I posted here about it once too. I'm a happy customer!
My svc owner says,do what u want, install alarm, hid or even a DJ on your bike, just keep the stock bulbs, lamps safe,if your battery goes kaput in warranty, just come in with all stock parts,we will change everything back to stock and help you claiming your warranty....and they even let me service my own bike on first time,so i think ,ive got the best Bajaj SVC IN thE india..

Before the Exhaustech you can find a 8mm bolt... They will remove it and insert a hose tupe in it and connect the end to a reading machine.
it will Check for CO lvl and mech will adjust the Air screw as per the recommended lvl..

The SVC incharge told me tat, this bike needs 1.5 or above for performance and mileage... if anything lower or higher will result in bad performance or mileage...

I thinking to switch from Philips dv toh hid!
HID + projector. 35W 8000k cheapo HID was installed to check if the battery will take it and hell yeah it does! I'm gonna go for a 55W 4300k HID soon, the branded ones which come with warranty, not the chinese ones. 4300k because the 8000k one is useless in heavy rain, especially worse on 2-lane highways. Also, mine used to get dim in the rain and since it was a 35W, was of no use. And now it's almost gone. Even that TVS 50 now has a better headlamp and light throw than mine.
And planning to revert back to stock pilot lamps. I've grown out of the showoff with the white leds.

sad news Rahulbarik, if its discontinued!!
And my 2 month old bike is still has lot of issues. And I believe I never enjoyed the best P200ns capable of offering, in my bike so far.
# After 1st service Radiator fan never turned ON. May not be an issue, but earlier it used to run whenever I ride in B2B traffic & in lower gears for more than 15 mins.. Now even after hour long similar stretches, it isn't turning ON.

# 5th visit for rear brake noise today. And the problem as I guessed was with wheel alignment again. Svc guys adjusted bolts, alignment etc. Its turning out to be exactly the opposite what I wished for when I choose this bike (i.e., lesser visits to svc)

# Immediately after this I took to Auto Service & asked the mechanic there to ride & feel the bike. He tells my bike is harsher & needs lot of tuning etc. Also observed some unusual grinding on Disc plates. Will post pics tomorrow.

either burnt clutch or burnt engine oil... and lastly not enough cooling... check engine oil first, then coolant, then clutch plates. Ns clutch plates are going kaput at 4k kms too... so dont be surprised
