@B7ACKTHORN sir any idea about which windshield is that from. . ? It sure looks real hot. . . About the clamping I guess it comes as stock as I have seen in previous pics, the number plate is placed near the speedo and not below the headlight in the Indonesia version. . .

    Cheers!!!

        The windscreen is custom made...
It can be done by purchasing Plastic fiber glass, cut into that form and bolt up using those clamp...
Its quite easy to get the job done. but hard to find a person to do them... :P

          Saw it before you did
Anyway, it looks amazingly functional. The same type of handguards can be found on ebay for 1700 odd bucks. Pay some more and you get LEDs on it.
That windshield is the best part.
          Again, I wish.

A 100W HID and a fitting reflector for it would make it complete!

Dude 100W, are you gonna light up your bedroom with it , I can imagine you having installed a 100W HID in reflector (if you know what I mean ). . . Anyways looks like a beautiful work, you can consider it as you'll be hitting the highways. . .

There are 2 ways.First get a bigger jet if u can.
2nd via the afr screw. Find the idling rpm screw on the right side of the bike just jext to the engine. If you can locate it, the afr screw is top-left inside. If you are not sure what you are doing, take it to a mechanic.

Lol yeah but for the next few months atleast, it's gonna be 90% city rides. So am gonna keep it minimalistic. You have your contacts. Get one windshield fabricated for me just like the one in the pic!

I just got it retuned via afr screw..The 200 NS itself has a large jet,(if m not wrong it has bigger jet than 180 and 220, atleast thats wot the mechanic said).
Moreover the bajaj svc guys here are pathetic, from day 1 my bike was running lean so just via retuning I felt considerable difference.

Sai itna dijiye , ja me kutumb samaye,
Me bhi bhuka na rahun, Aur Bike me petrol bhi bharpoor dal jaye !!

AFR,the biggest mystery behind 200NS,the pair of screws which are screwing everyone, there victims can be seen visiting mechanics everyday.some victims also roam around xbhp to come over the #Evil Set Of Screws#,but still they cant overcome and get screwed day by day..
Please someone write a letter to bajaj or do something,i will and 95% guys qill surely adapt a FI for 8000 more bucks...
                      Yours Sincerely...

Well dont be that cynical, although I check my plugs regularly, but as ibsaid , just out of the showroom, the bike was running lean and it showed on the carbon plugs after 400 odd kms.
My take is if you stick to the 3000 rpm rule of tuning your bike, you wont need to check your plugs

Why i asked you all this is, because you asked if there could be a bump in power by just adding a k&n filter. Well, the basic answer is no. You see the afr screw only deals with your pilot jet which is responsible for only about 1/6-1/8th of your throttle opening. The rest is handeled by your needle jet and finally your main jet.

As your air volume increases, with stock jets your fuel flow remains the same. If your statement, that your bike was running lean before you installed the k&n, it would only become leaner with the k&n because of the increase in air volume.

In most cases it isnt necessary to change pilot jets, even then, it is recomended that the main jet and the needle jet (or the atleast the needle position) be changed to make sure that volume of fuel increases with the increased volume of air.

In a bike with a cv type carburetor, the best way to check for afr is to check the plugs.

Hope you would excuse my cynicism. No offence intended.

The slow jet only pertains to idling and about 1/4th throttle. After that the fuel flows through the bleed circuit which is also known as the needle jet. Needle jet is fed through the main jet. Bleed circuit handles most of the throttle operation up to 3/4 th throttle. After 3/4th throttle when the needle lifts fully the fuel flows directly through the main jet to the venturi.
