Its because air has got into the tube...Its k keep stamping the break for sometime & it will be fine..Its happens...

Brake bleeding means flushing the old brake fluid from the master cylinder and replacing it with new fluid.
By doing so it will remove the air bubbles stuck in between.
        Get it done in SVC.

Noise completely gone? I don't mean to demoralize you, but pls wait till tomorrow or a day more to find that out.

I'm going to visit SVC for the fourth time for this very issue (this is after replacing the disc pad and disc). I'm planning to check the caliper pistons, bleed the brake fluid and fill with DOT-4 fluid.

P.S: Disc was replaced under warranty by SVC after "a strong insistence".
P.P.S: Brake performance is not affected though. Just that the noise is becoming too unbearable. My ODO reading is 670 km.
No matter how bad the day is...
There is always a ride back home...

              Hi XBHPans

has any one noticed the irregularities on the fuel guage/meter.
Mine sometimes goes 50+ KM between the yellow light glow and the reserve tap switching and sometimes it runs only less than 30KM.
sometimes I have noticed it going from 6/7 to 2/3 (on the display) if I stop for a time required for ATM transaction or similar during the long rides (say 70KMs)

Same here, braking performance is not affected but noise was ridiculous. My odo reading is 1200 km. Lets see what happens after 2-3 days.

My Suzuki GS 150 Completed 97,000 KMS. I am in mind to change my bike by March 2014. I have narrowed to two bikes as of now. Apache 180 ABS and Pulsar 200 NS. Can Pulsar 200 Owners tell me about the cost of the following:

Front and Rear Brake Pads, Brake Fluid, Air Filter, Oil Filter, Spark Plug (All three), Chain Sprocket Set, Engine Oil, Clutch Cable.

They said, it is not required so i am going to wait for a few days and if problem comes back then i am going to ask them to replace the disk.
