Yes warranty will get void. Do not fit a new pair of clip on handlebars outside. This has to be officially available as a modification from suzuki itself because even if there is some problem, there would be authorized service by the company itself. And as in many such bikes with modifications like these, this has resulted it poor dampening of vibrations and imbalance during ride. So please don't experiment it until a good number of people give good feedback or the company itself gives it a go.

Also why do you wanna spoil the looks of the bike with a pair of clip on? its a naked and it looks best with single piece handlebar. Moreover I still wonder why pulsars and apache, despite being naked, get clip ons. They are usually tall and stiff too. Also doesn't suit the naked looks. They are great on faired motorcycles.

Clip ons are perfect for gixxer sf and you can see it in the race version of the sf.

New to the bike? What did you ride before? Don't worry its just a matter of time. When you ride, always try to keep your back straight. Its common to bend and add weight to the hands as the road goes with bumps and undulations or with time. So just adjust for sometime until you get used to it!

By mistake, without our knowledge, its possible to wash away the lubricants from minute joints. So just keep it lubricated until you don't hear the sound.

Which lubricant should I use for front axle?

Lubricant? You have to apply grease on it and not lubricant.

*facepalm* sir, isnt grease a lubricant? i was just saying that generally as mechanics would know which lubricant to use at what place properly.

I had experienced the same phenomenon when I took a test ride in feb. Since I was accustomed to riding a Royal Enfield and Caliber (relaxed postures) for more than 13 years, I took some time to adjust with the Gixxer's sporty stance.

It took me almost a month adjusting to the sporty stance and now I find it perfectly fine!

If you have been riding a 'relaxed posture' bike before, it might take some time to adjust... Keep on riding and everything should become alright.

Still waiting for your feedback on the MOTUL 7100 FS 10W40.
I have one right now in my bag. Itching to replace the 20w40 in my bike. Can't wait for your performance review.
Also, can slightly thicker oils cause engine e to become sluggish like the 20w40 in my bike.
Had a long drawn out discussion with my SVC..ride my bike and all...and we were at an impasse. Didn't agree on sluggishness. Now I have decided to run another 1k on this oil and then test the 710)...
Took the bike for a long ride of 100km today and after the end of ride, engine didn't fell too gruff as was the case earlier. Also gear up shifting has become smoother. Down shifts still make that thud sound. Also now the bike revs freely from 4k rpm that I'm always tempted to Rev close to the redline. Overall very satisfied with the oil but not as i expected. You can surely give it a try bro..

                    Hi all

Clutch cable in my gixxer is hanging near the engine (like in the picture below - marked in green).. I notice the clutch cable has a clip which needs to hooked somewhere but I am not sure where... Can any of you please check in your gixxers how the clutch cable is held together with rest of the cables? A picture will be helpful..

Saw this news yesterday. Wish they released it before I purchased gixxer 155 :P but 2016 is too far in time and I will live with gixxer 155 even after its release :/

No. Initially got quotation for ABT but later I realized that its impossible to go to that SVC for service work. But this svc is just 2kms for my house. Yeah sure. Will go... Reached home after a 380 kms ride (up & down) from tirumala tirupati. Awesome bike...
