As far as I know, The normal fuel we get now is 91 RON. Let's research a bit more on this.

        Ride safe and have fun.

You're right. The normal RON we get here in India is 91. But adulteration does bring its compression ratio down. Indian Standards require 91 RON to be the least.

          Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
          The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

          THE END

            Thank you for the clarification.

Adulteration is one issue which almost every pump does at some point. and our engines have to suffer.
But the member had mentioned mileage drop, would using adultered fuel cause mileage drop to this extent. Power loss and damage to internals will happen sooner or later.

            Ride safe and have fun.

Well my mileage increased from 14 to 19 after second service

Just came back from a late night ride and noticed a thing, I can now change gears without pressing the clutch but I get a jerk while before I could never change gears without pressing the clutch, can u guys change gears clutch less too or is it just me with a problem?(I know clutch less shifting does harm to the engine I'm just asking)

In mine, I'm not able to change gears without clutch being pressed, it stays as it is. Before service for some reason it used to, but now it doesn't. I don't think its really a problem though

I fill shell V-power petrol, I think its higher than 91, but not sure. To be honest I don't really feel a difference between power and standard petrol, but I fill it just in case, as it has a minimal price difference too anyways

                  Hi Guys.

This is a simple DIY that I have tried on my RC390.

I personally like metal key chains, but the problem with them is they keep daggling around and on the RC they end up making noise and leaving scratches on the handlebar.
Hence this is my attempt to make things better.

1/ Bought magnets from local stationary shop. Luckily they were the right size and shape. 3 Magnets for 15 Rs.
Then found that the handlebar is nonmagnetic.
So had to improvise and figure a way to stick the magnet to the handlebar.

2/ Used Annabond/Feviquick and voila they stuck together well.
A lot depends on the strength of magnets. The once I got where good enough and stuck held keychain well.
Took the bike for a short spin I was happy with the result.
Hope it might help few of you.

Was using a metal keychain and it chipped off a lot of paint 😢
                          Anyways nice idea bro
PS: I ride a NS and not RC

                            Hey guys,

I'm a new owner of a 2015 rc390. I was wondering if anyone else ran into the issue of the bike showing neutral but is actually in gear. A few times I've let the clutch go in neutral and the bike shoots and stalls. Is there a way I can fix this myself or do I need to take it back to the dealer? It's annoying when it happens because the green N indicator is on and gear shows 0 but it's actually in 1st.

Used to happen to me, its a simple issue of getting your gear pedal realigned at service centre.
