Thanks for the prompt response. It happens on the center stand and the wheel turns slowly. It would stop with even a slight touch.

Adding one more doubt to the above. Will this cause any damage to clutch plate if we hold full clutch in 1st gear instead of using neutral gear (Eg: while waiting in a traffic signal).

If you are at a stand still for a longer duration, i would recommend switching to neutral. Holding down the clutch for prolonged durations increases the wear on the clutch plate and the cable as well. But the wear is very minimal and it wont affect your ride that much.

Then its perfectly normal. It is caused by internal drag between the components of a wet clutch plate and as long as the spin is not strong enough to move the bike, you have nothing to worry about.

I dont know if its a serious issue with clutch plate or something related to engine oil lubrication. Any ideas?
If this happens when the bike is on Center Stand.. Its pretty normal.. Nothing to worry about... Just make sure you dont hold the clutch on a traffic signal for more than 15 seconds... Put the bike on Neutral.. If the signal is for 60 seconds or more.. Turn off the engine..

            Hope this helps.. Cheers 🍻

MOTUL300V usually costs 1100plus so that is why I was considering it as both 7100 and the later are priced same as of now.
What is the drain intervals for both?Any merits/demerits ?
Your engine is not getting viby because you are on dtsi. Its getting vibey because you have outlived the life of the oil. Dtsi does not run beyond 2-2.5 kms bro.

7100 itself tells you that the oil is good for 7100 kms. Motul uses the oil name to denote how many kms it holds good for. But an ideal change would be at about 6k kms which has been successfully tried. I used to change it at 4500 but later increased to 6000 gradually when i found that the oil still has a lot of viscosity left.

The 300 i am not very sure of but has been heard to have a super short engine life.

Always better to slip to neutral and switch off the engine at a red light bro.

Instead of making the change in grade directly i would recommend to speak to your svc manager. Saying because changing the rating will void warranty unless they agree to it.

I did ask them they said not to change to any brand of oil and are forcing me to top up only dtsi. I will not get the oil changed in next service now. Instead will switch to motul after getting the bike serviced.

30 days without my bike. The accident proved really expensive. I'll hopefully be getting my bike by 2nd week of may, although the SVC claims to get it done by next week. I've been riding a Fazer for the last few days.

The loss of power in the Fazer is so much evident. One plus about it is you can kiss the curb with it. Third day on it and I broke both his foot rests while leaning-in. I haven't really tried leanning that much with my bike. Maybe the weight and height of the bike scares me.

                        Question?
Has anyone tried taking aggressive leaned in turns with your Asses? If yes, how does it hold up?
Is it easily flickable from an extreme left to an extreme right?

Well i just slip 50 bucks into the mechs pocket and he pours in the motul instead of dtsi. I have engine change mentioned on all my service rcpts.

I know, not ethically correct but i guess its better than losing a companion.

Just did a 380km trip from Mumbai to daman the bike did well mostly was at 100-120 touched 140 ... Odo now at 3470. The oil definitely needs a change

since both the bikes are same except for the fairing it would be the same with AS. But make sure that you are not running on eurogrips
