How Much KMS has your Bike Clocked? If in Run-In period.. Keep the RPM and Speed varying... And not constant..

        Cheers 🍻
Hello brother as per your suggestion I warmed up my bike using choke but guess what when I engaged the choke the rpm increased as 4k but then i left the choke like that. The choke came to ots inital position it means that i have to hold the choke for 30 secs or so to work.. is the choke or carb faulty .. thanks and cheers once again🍻🍻

That is nothing to worry bro... Turning on the Choke shoots the rpm till 4k or even till 4.5k RPM to warm up the engine.. But The AS 200 has auto Choke Off setting when it reaches to optimum Riding temperature..

You need not Hold the choke back Again..

If the jerking problem still exists after that.. Check the quality of fuel you are using or for any Dust or particles In fuel Tank...

Adulterated fuel can also be one of the reason for the jerks..

          Hope this helps.. Cheers

Guys when are y'all changing your engine oil? Second servicing? If later, then when?

On my 2nd service I switched to Motul 7100. RPM shoots up like crazy during acceleration now.
Its the fusion of a two wheeled machine & a human being which creates a true biker.

Thats Good... Always have a practice of Starting the bike on choke every Morning before you start your Ride..

Yes smell of petrol does come if the bike is parked under the sun.. I have a Habit of filling the petrol before sunrise as the density of petrol is More and you get more quantity of fuel especially in Summers.. And dont Tank full keep 1 liter less as due to heat petrol Expands.. If possible park in Shade.. Chain Cleaning is not mandatory every while.. chain gets cleaned when you wash your ride or either during Service.. Just Keep it Lubricated, Dont let it Dry.. Not necessarily with Chain Lube Spray.. Just normal oil from any mechanic shop will also do.. The mechanic wont charge anything for it..

                    Cheers 🍻

                      Hi Guys..

                      I m facing a weird Problem with My AS200..

The coolant level dropped too soon this time.. Maybe because of hot weather.. I topped up the coolant just a Little above Max level.. But after riding for just 100kms the coolant level dropped till Half... And this has happened twice... And i m concerned about it..
Checked for leakage.. There ain't any and also the radiator and fan are working perfectly fine..

                      Please Help.. Thanks in advance..
                      Cheers

Check through the oil level window. If it's got the colour of tea 😁 be sure that there's a gasket failure and your coolant and oil has mixed up

Let ur machine run on dtsi till 8k kms and then switch to 7100 synth. It would make a world of difference to your bike.

                                Hi guys
I need some help. I had a small fall with my bike today .Broke the front Turing signal and bent the crash guard on the right hand side and a few minor scratches here and there thanks to the euroslips. But after the fall the bike no longer starts. It cranks and that's about it. I've opened the sides to check for lose cables or blown fuses .. I've check the spark plug cables seem in place.. The bike just won't start I had a trip planned this Sunday . I just can't figure out what's wrong. I drained the carb just in case it had flooded. There was some spillage of coolent but not much and the level is just a tab bellow maximum . It just cranks but the engine won't start I have tried to run Start it to but no luck . I would really appciate some inputs on what could have gone wrong. It's a 2month old bike with 4300km on the odo .
