I do not follow? If the suspension is too stiff how would a different bush help?

Can we have the Mark exhausts shipped anywhere in India? Any idea on returns, warranty, etc?
No u wont get any warranty with any exhaust but they have tried and tested before selling it.

How the hell would am automatic gear shift be normal? Is the SVC on drugs? Get answers from them. Remind them that our bikes have manual transmission, not automatic

Well.. This is weird.. Try checking your Chain Sprocket and Chain Setting.. If its loose or Tight get it fixed from a Good mechanic.. And keep the Bike's Chain Lubricated.. Dont let it dry..

Also check the Nuts and screws of your gear lever.. They Might be loose resulting in Improper gear Engagement.. Can be a possibility..

Do gears Shift Hard on your bike..? If yes.. Adjust the clutch setting... Too much of Half clutch results in hard gear setting..

              Hope this helps.. ☺
              Cheers

Thanks brother for your reply i think my chain is loose a bit and it was dry . I have lubricated the chain with motul chain lube and the chain has been tightened... i think it will help. One more issue is that it gives a jerk when i am at constant speed it happens sometimes not everyday is this is also a issue or its normal.. thanks

How Much KMS has your Bike Clocked? If in Run-In period.. Keep the RPM and Speed varying... And not constant..

                  Cheers 🍻

Hi. My as200 have clocked 1500kms and lately I have been hearing metallic noise ( might be from piston ) around 4K - 5k rpm. I have followed proper run in procedures till now. also bike kinda feels like losing power as though its running out of fuel at 3.5k rpms. any idea what might be happening?

I guess its normal to hear this sound from this bike. I had same metallic sound from the bike but as the bike clocked more kms the sound faded away. And I have not got the tappets adjusted till now. The bike is still new and too much of babying is also not that good. You should open up the throttle occasionally

My bike has completed 7k kms and completed run in properly . By keeping speed constant i mean that for 10 to 15 sec only. This jerk is the issue and sometimes when i open throttle it takes some time like a second or two to response .it feels like bike is out of petrol. ..and one more thing the efficiency is only 30 to 32 km is it okk . Thanks and chears 🍻🍗👈

Does This Happens when the Engine is Cold or during early morning starts? If yes.. Then make sure you warm up engine well by keeping the engine idling for about a Minute or two or on choke for 30 to 40 seconds.. before starting your ride..

If you are still stuck with Bajaj Engine Oil.. Change your engine Oil to Motul or Gulf... Make sure you go for the proper Grade.. 20W50 and see the difference...

If the throttle response is still delayed after that... Check for any bends or cuts on Accelerator Cable.. If required.. Change it.. Will hardly cost 250 or 300 bucks

Efficiency in City traffic is 30 to 35...and highways is around 40... So good enough..

                          Hope this helps.. Cheers 🍻

Hi. glad to know that its normal. I have hit 100kmph two or three time though i reached it gradually. So no problem about babying it too much. And I tested mileage by full tank to reserve method twice and got 44 kmpl & 45 kmpl both that time, though i kept revs belows 6k Rpms. Should I ask SVC to tune my bike for more power during my 2nd service? as i expected the mileage to be around 38kmpl.

Engine oil is motul 7100 20w50 grade. Will be doing warmup method and also check the accelerator cable. Thanks 🍻

I cant say about the delayed throttle response but if you are cruising and keeping the throttle as steady as you can and still get a little jerky feeling its definitely the fuel problem. I banged my head for a week with the service center mechanic to narrow it down to the extremely adulterated fuel I was getting at the local pumps. I drained fuel from the tank and stored the fuel in 1 liter bottles. discarded all bottles except one to use for chain cleaning. Once I left the bottle open by accident and to my surprise all petrol had evaporated except a dark orangish liquid which barely smelled like petrol. It was most likely turpentine oil and around 100 ml of it was left in 1 liter bottle. you could imagine the amount of adultration.
try switching fuel stations to better one and also drain the csrb oncento make sure there is no water.
