      approx close to 2.5 ltrs

hope i confused you instead of giving a straight answer
It has to be more than 2.5 because I ran my bike in reserve for 160 km before filling up.

He is just a teenager who must have graduated recently, he came into a new possesion but he is unaware/not interested to know things in his field, atleast it is going to pay him...

Do you think it's something related with the SC or Suzuki or Bike Manufacturers or any companies., I think it's our education system to be blamed at...
The point here is , dealers do not bother to train there staff to interact with customers, it feels so cheap when sales persons talk to customers and explain features of there products , even local mechanics who are rarely educated to certain extent communicate in profession maner ,suzuki(2 wheeler) is pathetic and company should look into the matters seriously if they want to be strict contender , though they have great products and should not be content with just 'access' sales , may be compare with there japanese counterpart honda who are now 2nd largest behind there semi partners hero ( honda still gets royalty from hero sales , inspite they want to be no 1 , look ast their aggressive marketing).

Am 5.4 , 58Kgs , riding GS since last 6 months and covered 12,800 km's in and around mumbai , long drives of 450kms to my native place with one way continuoes non stop riding ,prevous bike was boxer100cc , it doesn't mater for your posture once your are on it you will feel like flying through air .
i have adjusted handle bar towards rider side by a bit for upright posture. though parking , alighting ,getting off is little inconvinient in tight spaces compared to shorter bikes. you can take a test drive to confirm.

As Vikshe and gmagesh said, take a test drive and conclude.
Please make sure to check the rear Shock Abosrbers position before you go on a test drive at SC. It will have multiple positions which increases and decreases the height of the bike accordingly.

Thanks Vikshe and Purvansu. I did not think in that dimension. I'll surely check for the new handlebar.

I don't think hieght is adjusted or any thing to do with hieght , its only to adjust spring tension from softer side to hard side, related to driving condition, load weight . at high speeds if tension is stiffer we can get better handling and grip ( at soft side we get bouncing effect for same high speed). atr normal speeds i keep it to soft side. also if carrying heavy pillon stiff settings help.
We can customise seat hieght shorter by cutting out little form part by 2 inches , most of seat vendors can do it.In stalk condition i don't find any inconvience while negotiating traffic.

It is 2.5 ltrs approx , no 2 wheeler gives close to accurate reading for fuel capacity as sensing capacity is only for approximate intimation. my gs runs 140 km's from reserve position(fuel knob) to blinking (display console), not tried blinking to out of fuel stalk yet.

and from out of fuel to tilt reserve level also there :

note tilt reserve is nothing but after running out of fuel you can tilt the bike to travel another half kilometer

and i don't have the answer for how many times we can tilt and ride GS ? PS even punarvasu haven't tested it yet

I remember tilting my previous boxer every time it ran out of fuel and going another 20kms , i will not be able to tilt this giant(obivously gentle one) beyond tilts it get from side stand, i will need 2 persons.
Blinking display causes enough attention( terror in my case) to feed him ( i hate to call 'her')as early as possible as i would not like to push it due to my short hight and attaintion it will get in crowds.
There will be hardly any GS rider running out of fuel and stranded on open roads due to its outstanding fuel economy and so many reserves .
Am too happy to own one and running outof adjectives to praise this gentle transporter.

As per the CAPACITIES shown in page 9-4 of the manual, the fuel reserve is 3.100 liters. The changes in the new tank are only in the graphics and Teflon coating. The quantity and dimensions remains the same.

sorry for the late reply and my answers to your questions

                              a) What is the cost of the oil and how frequently do you change it?
                              ans)
Shell Ultra fully synthetic cost is 780 per liter and I change it every 6500 or 7000km( Including top ups)

                              b) Have you changed the fork oil?
                              ans)
