The brake bleeding nut usually gets deformed while handled with open end or ring spanner. So, buying a new one is safer.
Tools required for fork are 14 mm spanner (preferably T spanner), 12 and 17 mm spanners and 6 and 14 mm Allen keys. But I still think it being done at the SC is better.
I am using tools made by Taparia. It is reliable in my experience.
And the rear brake - Just a cleaning may perhaps be enough.

Finished my 51500 km servicing yesterday!

Fork oil replaced; fork coneset tightened; carburetor cleaned; fuel hoses cleaned; brake bleeding done; break shoes (rear) replaced; clutch cable; throttle cables and choke cables replaced. And as usual, Saboo Suzuki workshop did a splendid job in taking care of all items I got listed on the job card. This is THE SC to go in Hyderabad.

And am loving the feeling now.. it rides like a new bike.. still a long way to go!!

Its advisable to change engine oil around 2000 kms. But it is important to keep checking the level every week. This can be done through the inspection window near the kick start lever.

It should not have any impact on mileage. Engine oils have an effect on the smoothness and temperature of the engine and in some cases the gear shift. Nothing much.

Take the opinion from another mech before you start taking the engine apart.

Engine overhaul for just 55K km? Taking second opinion (also from an authorized service station) doesn't hurt. I feel an overhaul may not be necessary now unless you had driven it very roughly and subjected the bike to severe hardship.

Oil change for 1500 km may not be necessary. Get it done every 3k-4k km along with oil filter. Just ensure that you check your oil level as mentioned in the owners manual every day/week if you suspect oil leakage or excess consumption.

time adjust valve clearances/tappets in this 95k journey - because many Honda owners on our forum talk about tik tik noise
and adjusting the tappets - tappet ghost as PV called. And the more I read of Punarvasu/gmagesh/sparkot/vikshe the more
interested I am in performing the basic service myself (Also broke my warranty).
No adjustments of valve clearances / tappets done. Frist 30,000 KMS, I got the bike serviced @ 2,000 KMS. AFter 30,000 KMS, the bike was serviced @ 4,000 KMS. Bike ridden sanely below 70 KMS. Occasionally reckless driving but never exceed 70 KMS. Never missed any service. All Honda / Suzuki / Yamaha are of same breed. If serviced regularly and taken care of, they will easily cross 1,00,000 KMS without any valve / tappet adjustments. If ridden sanely gives 50 KMPL, reckless driving 35 - 40 KMPL. Highway driving in sixth gear @ 60 - 70 KMS - 55 KMPL. (Fills 16 Liters, Sets Trip A to Zero and note down the Kilometer when the fuel gauge starts blinking)

Another thread where there is a lot of discussion around the eco and power mode.

What is the difference between Power, Eco and Know it All mode?

I have honestly felt difference in power delivery between these modes. More prominently noticed with quick accelerations.

Any special tool is needed to remove the piston from the fork pipe?. I mean to remove piston we have to unscrew Allen key bolt on the bottom of the shock absorber, this will make the piston rotate freely inside the fork pipe because the other side of the Allen key bolt is attached with the shock absorber piston. You have any idea?.

Special tool used to hold the piston. Not sure about this in GS 150 R.

There is a CDI unit in our bike. Is there an ECU too?

A T shaped tool called T handle is used for this. This is why I asked you to change the fork oil at the SC. Some tools like this T handle, the 14 mm Allen key etc are not frequently used if you don’t make this kind of works a hobby.

Ohh..., that looks like service manual of gs150r, you have access to that too?. Any way making a T handle of that kind is not difficult, it is clearly described in the link on my previous post.
And in the case of 14mm Allen Key, if you don't want to buy one another alternative is to use a 14mm bolt and 2 or 3 nuts. You can insert the 14mm nut/bolt combination into the allenkey slot and use a 14mm spanner to loosen it.

And I prefer to do most of the service work by myself because i like dooing it and i don't think the service center will take care of my bike like i do.

I would like to ask you one more thing, please describe the shape at the end of T - handle, because it is not clear in the picture. Will welding a 10mm nut will solve the problem?.

And with a dysfunctional rear brake - No!

Fantastic video. Also, saw in their website that Colombian GS comes with a naked chain (with a chain guard that Dazzler had).
For me, I think will leave this to SC. I also vaguely remember that one of the fork bolts have to be tightened to 50 Nm (mentioned on back of job card where the mechanic will check/tick if that was done).
