Logging after very long time, and just completed 12000 kms, so thought of sharing my experiences.
I had bought this bike on 1st Dec-2011 after researching for more than a month. Initially I had decided to buy Hunk mainly for 2 reasons, 1st I wanted to buy 150cc and 2nd the service centre was nearby to my place. I had visited the of Hero Motors and had promised to return within 2 days for booking.
In the mean time my research was still on, I just happened to visit Xbhp and mainly this forum, I was impressed by the review written by Sam the thread starter, and guidance from Vishnukmd until he dissappeared one day then Punarvasu, GMagesh (clearing my doubts in form of replies to my Questions) and other friends on this forum, I thought of visiting Suzuki Showroom and taking the test ride. I visited Riya Suzuki in Mulund took the test ride and was impressed by the ride so much that I immediately gave him the booking amount and got the bike on 1st Dec-11
Most of my friends have never heard of this bike and some even concluded it is superbike due to its majestic looks. Like all other in forum, i too got pleasant glares on the road.
Now experiences with the bike:
I have to say, the assurance and guidance got from the friends on this forum has been proven word to word till date. I regular took my bike to office which is 30 kms from home. The major part of the route is the Thane - Belapur Highway but occasionally i took the bike on Palm beach road to experience the full throttle, which simply amazed me every time.I had driven all the way through this rainy season of Mumbai and I had to admit it was very comfortable and stable. During this 11 month I had 2 punctures, and thats all. Apart from servicing, only once I had to take my bike for repair, i.e. got my handle changed, that too because of mischief of some drunkards in my area, who twisted the handle in Parking while handling it to make the way for their car. Its still mystery for me how did they do it as there were no scratch on the bike which could indicate that it had a fall.
Some minor glitches I had during the period that after every 2500 km after services, the drop in pickup and increase in gear change sound after which i immediately took it for servicing. It was butter smooth after the servicing.
Till date I have not done any modifications or changed the grade of oil which has been widely discussed in this forum, but someday I will surely convert it in full DC.
All and all I am very satisfied till now and hope it will be the same for the times to come. I thank every one on this forum for the valuable feedback which helped me to buy this bike and enjoy the ride and comfort.



my stock spark plug, Chain Sprocket, clutch & Pressure plates and tyres are in good shape yet, n feel that it will last me for about 10k kms more.. so for me maintenance cost is very low.. i always change oil n filter at 3k kms interval(after 15th paid service, i change it at local shops)..
