Nobody here rides with the intention of committing suicide! And doing 100 kmph on a 150cc bike is not a 'life threatening' activity by itself (assuming the road is suitable for those speeds) so please stop making it look like one. If you are not aware, there are roads in India where even 120-130 feels like walking speed due to its predictability and consistency. And anyways, reading a tacho in a fraction of a second is not really rocket science.
Punarvasu was only informing the new member that he had in fact exceeded his run-in limitations and there is nothing wrong with telling him this since he himself had asked for it.
@[email protected] : It is not a good idea to cross into triple digit speeds when the bike is still running in. Ride sedately and normally till you finish off your run-in and then you can try out higher speeds if you wish to without worrying whether it would harm the engine. This article should help.


for 1600 long kms , after that he/she is free to test their skills with proper rididng gear and race track like riding conditions.
