Take it easy. Reaching ahead of an Apache or even a Hayabusa is not the primary goal of your life. I have heard about paralyzed motorcyclists bedridden for years before their death. Ride safely.

It never was the primary goal of my life. Someine in this forum had technically mentioned how this is possible so thought of sharing it here.

careful, ask another person to hold the bike while you check the level.

How? Please elaborate on it a bit. Redirect me to post/page if it's already explained. Roughly how much surplus/deficit engine oil is acceptable from the midpoint between min-max markers? So that one can top-up/drain accordingly.

It becomes difficult if the person is switching between brands or experimenting with brands/grades for the first time.

In 2010 new lot started appearing during April, I'm not sure about 2011, 2012 & 2013 got to check it. Probably someone keenly following the bike might point out changes brought out in successive batches.

Possibly the dirt or dust trapped between the disc and brake pads where the gap is less than 1 mm. There are other reasons too but not on a new disc.
Washing the disc with water and detergent eliminates this noise but it reappears again. If you complain about it at the SC, the mechanic will apply a very little oil or grease on the disc or drain some brake fluid allowing air to enter in the brake line as he has nothing else to do.
As the dust or even mild rubbing of pads on disc does not affect the performance of the bike, ignore that noise.

Purchased the bike today. I did not take the showrooms offer of road tax, registration and insurance as the insurance company was some unheard of and for registration they charged a little extra. So i did the registration and insurance myself today and saved 490 bucks . Total it cost me Rs 74531/-(67338+5457+1736). Will be taking delivery this sunday though
