This bike is really big and heavy.... I have a 'riding a monster' feeling. When the bike was new i did not have that feeling; but when I drove my friends Unicorn which is pretty small and less heavy i realised how gr8 GS is . I do not think any other bike in this segment has this kind of a feel......

        Thanks Mathewsyriac and Imjoshee.
I feel good now... about my decision. I like to know everything about a new product before I go for it and all of you in this forum have helped me understand GS and BIKES. I have been following this forum for quite some time. Now I feel I have become a better biker with a much higher level of understanding. Thanks to all or you and specially the senior members.

This bike is really amazing man..... My house owner said that this bike looks stunning... Some people in my office also asked me the same... some people stop by me at the signal and ask about the rate and milleage...... This makes me feel gr8... But still I see only one or two GS150s in the IT highway in chennai.....
I use the IT highway all the weekdays. By the way... Are u working in any IT company?

Am also staying in adayar. I have seen 2 other GSes till date - on on RK salai (grey) and another parked on Besant nagar beach, curiously with AP registration.

It is good to have an end to journey towards; but it is the journey that matters in the end.

i too had that gear indicator problem... The SC people can fix it in a jiffy
I too felt that sound thing while down shifting gears... The thing is... Every bike has got an idle rpm to shift gears.. I found that in GS only recently... Just bring ur bike below 2k rpm and down shift... Its utterly butterly smooth... A gentle tap will down shift without any sound

                    Try it buddy

....after my friends comments ,i started like greenish /grey ....

mine is greenish blue. bought it because my wife/sis liked it best!
Also, guess thats one colour which is unique - not avlble in other 150cc bikes.

post purchase, have no regrets whatsoever. think the bike looks beautiful in this color

Yeah...black looks nothing special in GS... I own an Orange one and you know this is the same orange which is used in Hayabusa... feels and looks gr8... and orange bike looks bigger than black &grey and has a great road presence...
